“The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was amazed at the speed that the work being done was going to take and when I collected the watch it looked amazing (it has been cleaned) and looked like new again. Thanks!”

“My much loved Longines classic watch required a new battery and a clean. I was recommended to The Watch Factory by a very helpful assistant in Selfridges. Off I went to their Manchester branch in the Arndale. They couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgable staff who recognised my watch within a few seconds of seeing it. They were very obviously watch fans. Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Watch arrived back on time and sparkling. Sue Johns”

“I recently put an ARMANI watch in for repair, no idea what the problem was it just stopped working. It was put in to the GLASGOW shop and was returned within 5 weeks in an immaculate condition, I am full of praise for both the shop staff and the watch repairers”

“Service good, but a bit slow. It took 4 weeks for a new strap. I also was taken aback at the price, £50 when the watch only cost £95?! If I hadn't been so stunned and too embarrassed to ask for my watch back, I would have gone to the wee man in the Savoy centre who does it for a tenner! Sorry, but that was a totally out of order charge!”

“I did get my watch back but had to take it in again as it was not fixed. I'm still waiting to hear if it has been properly fixed and have been without it for more than a month now. Please could someone contact me to give me a progress report about it. Regards Sue Figov”

“I was very happy with the service I received at the The Mall, Bristol branch when I took my Raymond Weil watch in for a new battery and reseal. I was only "watchless" for about 1 hour as it's a very speedy service. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.”

“Always use these guys for any problmes with watches, of which I have a few... last time I visited they did a quick adjustment job on a strap and didn't want any payment - now that's not daft, that's sensible, as you know they are honest and of course they bring the business in because of that every time. Its good old fashioned customer service.”

“Visited Watch Lab Buchanan Street Galleries recently with a watch/battery issue. Replacement battery failed to get my watch working, but thanks to Shaun, the problem was soon rectified and I'm delighted my watch is working again. Thank you Shaun for your first class service, and the overall manner in which you dealt with my concern and for fixing my watch! You're friendly and reassuring manner makes you a credit to Watch Lab!!! Thanks so much!!!!! Highly recommend. Darren :-)”

“My daughter had lost a pin connector on her DKNY watch and took it to her local branch of Timpson for replacement. When she collected it a few days later she found it had not been repaired but 2 links had been broken in the attempt. With no apology for the damage she was then told it would cost £65 to replace the whole strap! Enter the heroes of The Watch Lab. I took the watch to your West Quay Southampton branch hoping something could be done. I spoke to Neil, who was appalled at the treatment we had received. He told me the only way the links could have been broken would be if the wrong tools had been used. Luckily we had 2 spare links which had been removed initially as it was too big. I left the watch with Neil and his team and collected it mended an hour later. I couldn't have asked for more, the team were amazing. They were more than helpful even taking photographs of the damage for me to present to Timpsons. Result: Timpson 0, The Watch Lab 10. Excellent service. Many thanks”
