“ Online Order. 5 items were missing from the delivery. I sent a query to their customer service and another query 5 days later and they still havent replied to either. They haven't refunded my money nor replaced the missing items. ”

“ Avoid at all costs. Their online service is terrible. 10 working days after placing the order, received an email stating your order got "lost", we will be issuing a refund in 3 - 5 working days. I had to send several emails to find out any info about the order after a week and a half. ”

“ I ordered a Mindbogglers Himeji Castle Jigsaw when "completed" it had one piece missing and two pieces "extra", Contacted Customer Services (and sent them photographs ) only to be told wait until Lockdown finishes ,take it back to a store and get a refund. It looks like that is going to be another couple of Months and was up to me to make the effort/expense to go to a Store. Not very good customer service ! ”
