“4 stars: I like the idea of planning my continuing education around my time frame. The ease of the classes work well for me. The content could be updated for a better variety of classes. Your package deals should be updated with new classes each year. Or get a new number from the commerce department so you can use agency or fair housing as a counted class in your bundle. I did do a chat with one of your agents and I could NOT get an answer as to the commerce number for one of the classes. I did not want to take a class which was already taken the previous year, but was included in your bundle. I was told they could not give me the commerce number until I paid for the class......that does NOT work. Seems this is a training issue with your agents.”

“Very engaging teaching method so as to not get bored. The material is easy to understand and straight forward. I only studied for my licensing exam by going over the practice test in The CE Shop and passed on the first try. Highly recommend.”

“I use your product for every renewal period and have always found it to be a great program. The instruction is well written and easy to follow. The only thing that I found this year that was troublesome was with the quizzes. Sometimes the correct answer was marked incorrect. It's not a big deal but it happened several times in the individual classes. Since we aren't graded on those, I let it go but you may want to check on that. Thank you for the excellent product!!”
