“I had seen some negative reviews here and elsewhere, so I was hesitant to call Chimney, pros but after I reached out to 3 other chimney sweeps who couldn't be bothered to return my messages, I emailed them. I should not have been hesitant! They were very responsive and their communication -- via email, phone, and text -- has been first rate. I booked an inspection and cleaning for February, and the rep i spoke with was very clear about what I should expect and how much I would be charged, They had a slot open up, and they called me yesterday to ask if I wanted it. Eric the technician who did the job was great! He arrived right on time, was courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He was in and out in under an hour, and left my house at least as clean as it was before -- not counting the chimney, which was definitely cleaner. And the price was just what I had been told it would be. Don't be scared off by negative reviews -- I had a great experience!”

Last year we had one of the chimneys totally replaced for our woodstove, and the guys did a great job. Each of the crews have been good dudes who I trusted, and who did the job without a lot of fuss and no upselling. I also appreciate that before they leave, they show you the work they did via before/after pictures, which are included with the receipt. I really like this business and highly recommend them.”

“I'd like to highly recommend Chimney Pros for any of your fireplace or chimney repairs. They are highly educated and certified, they answered all of my questions and concerns. I bought my house in June 2019 and the fireplace and chimney had not been maintained. This company was able to inspect it thoroughly and found items that a home inspector would not fined. After all repairs were made, there was a problem with the new chase cap not fitting correctly. I called to report the problem, they were at my house within 24 hours to correct their mistake.
