“I had seen some negative reviews here and elsewhere, so I was hesitant to call Chimney, pros but after I reached out to 3 other chimney sweeps who couldn't be bothered to return my messages, I emailed them. I should not have been hesitant! They were very responsive and their communication -- via email, phone, and text -- has been first rate. I booked an inspection and cleaning for February, and the rep i spoke with was very clear about what I should expect and how much I would be charged, They had a slot open up, and they called me yesterday to ask if I wanted it. Eric the technician who did the job was great! He arrived right on time, was courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He was in and out in under an hour, and left my house at least as clean as it was before -- not counting the chimney, which was definitely cleaner. And the price was just what I had been told it would be. Don't be scared off by negative reviews -- I had a great experience!”
