They covered all our furniture near the vents they cleaned, collected all debris into pans, and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done. My family was present with small children and it never once felt unsafe. Scott sold us a new unit for our upstairs (was on its last leg), took his time with us, and was no-pressure honest about the entire ordeal.
