I recently tried the new FFP3 IMask, which is comparatively stylish in black. Whilst it did not provide a good sealed fit for my face (which has been difficult to achieve). It is comfortable with a longer foam insert across the top bridge and the adjustable head strap is easy to use. It is soft and doesn't cause any irritation. If it provided a better seal for me I would purchase more.”
“I was sent the incorrect order (ordered two masks without valves, but two masks with valves arrived). I emailed on the same day the wrong order arrived to inform them, providing my order number and photos of the incorrect delivery. I never heard a thing back. What a waste of my time and money.
[Update 19/10] as soon as I published this review I sent a follow up email and was contacted immediately with an offer of a free replacement. It shouldn't take a negative trustpilot review and chasing to get to this situation, but I appreciate the offer so I uprated my review from 2 to 3 stars to reflect this.”
“Before making a purchase of face masks I had a couple of queries. The company replied by email very promptly. I made a purchase and these arrived in very quick time and were well packaged. Price of masks very good as well.”
