“The order hasn't arrived yet (international order to Ireland) - ordered a week ago, said 6-8 working days for delivery so not unexpected, but the tracking link to aftership.com doesn't work - "No result found. We haven't received any tracking updates from the carrier yet."
Update: The company called us and have sent me a tracking link to DHL that works (the order is still en route), so I changed the rating from 3/5 to 4/5. (I'd give it 5/5 for the effort but haven't actually seen the masks yet!)”
“Good response when phoning customer services. I got a refund for the Rosi FFP2 masks which are poorly designed and not made in UK as stated by the person l spoke to.l had to pay for the mask l have tried. Also they refused to send me a prepaid return label stating it was a change of mind on my part. It wasn't. Boots do better fitting FFP2 masks for travel”
