As a matter of fact, I only stopped purchasing because of the warmer weather (I wish that "The Irish store" sold summer weight garments). I have already made up my mind: To start purchasing again, in the fall.”

“Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a Christmas gift 12/12 to be delivered to recipient. Estimated delivery was 12/16. Gift has never been delivered. FEDex shows at TN since 12/20 with no updates. Customer service rep denied my request for refund. I cannot file a claim with FEDex b/c delivery is from Ireland. What horrible customer service!! Take my advice & shop elsewhere.”
“Had the stone fall out of a ring less than a year after purchase. Was denied a refund without explanation, had the customer service person disconnect mid conversation, no replies to email and then finally was told to buy a new one as they were on sale! Shoddy products, terrible service.”
“My partner bought a ogham picture for me for Christmas and we received the incorrect name. He contacted the Irish store and the person who made the picture who I must say tried her hardest to ensure we got the correct picture sent out to us through the Irish Store. Both myself and my partner contacted the Irish store again to find out where my picture was which wasn’t cheap at £47 and was told it had been sent out and we would receive a tracking number. The picture, a tracking number or the picture have not arrived. I have emailed the Irish on my partners behalf and been ignored!! I am very disappointed as the picture of my name in old Irish writing was a lovely thoughtful gift and so the one I have is totally useless. Thanks Irish store won’t use you again.”
“This is not an actual store located at the address given on the site. It is a distribution location with an office. They do not have customer service available at the contact number listed on their site to adequately answer product questions.”
“Placed an order just before Christmas. The item arrived on time and is a good fit/quality.
However, be aware that the US$ price is the same as UK£ price, thus they use a 1 to 1 exchange rate. I can't see any justification for this, and have e mailed them twice on this matter but no response. I've only noticed this in the past few days and as a result shall NOT buy again unless and until it's fixed.”
“I received my first purchase, the Glenveagh sweater, from The Irish Store just today and I have to say this is the most beautifully made sweater I've ever seen...it is perfect, it fits me like a glove, and the stitch patterns are intricate and beautiful. I waited most of the year for this sale to come back and was not disappointed with the discount. The package arrived earlier than projected, as well, which was a nice surprise. I'm only disappointed that I won't be able to wear it as often as I'd like, since I live in Florida!”
