I completed the one set of coins I had ordered which should have been the end of the charges. Well, they signed me up for a new subscription WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! So now they've charged me for and shipped something I have no interest in. Absolutely criminal.

I have been collecting a set of coins, but with two problems. Firstly they keep charging me for and sending me the last coin in the set, I have 4 copies of the same coin. Secondly, the only way to contact the company is via email, and they just ignore it. You don’t even get an acknowledgment. I am so disappointed, I like the coins and had intended to collect other sets, but won’t bother now. It just seems like a bit of a scam.

Terrible company. I have been using there subscription services to collect 2 coin collections. I haven't recieved all the koins but they have now let the subscriptions run on to other I haven't ordered and do not want. They are product pushing. Horrendous customer services. I cant get hold of anyone to talk/chat/email with. I have tried every way of contact with no response. I returned 2 items and haven't recieved a refund or confirmation after 1 month. I wish inhad never started with koin club. They arnt in the UK, I think they are in Gibraltar. Date of experience: 17 July 2024

I decided to invest in Bitcoin. I applied to a ad on Facebook and was approached by different companies offering their services, I chose fxstation and started with the minimum amount. It seemed to be growing steadily and one day I was contacted by A Richard Forbes who wanted to know if I would like to withdraw money from my account. e saidI couls withdraw 2000.00US but I would have to show that I was liquid. I only had 1500.00 in my bank and I sent them some which he said would go right back into my bank along with the 2000.00US This went on for three weeks. He had more excuses why I couldn"t get my money, Finally I received 6000.00+ into my account and they withdrew 600.00 which was all I had left from my original 1500.00 the rest had been withdrawn by them. I was told not to worry and they were just waiting for the money to go through. Well I didn't have to wait long the 6000.00 disappeared I never received a penny of my 1500.00 back and I was left with 10.91 in my bank. I had bills due today and no money to pay them with. I am 73 and live on a Government pension of 1340.00 a month it had taken me forever to save that much money only to be scammed. My advice is do not believe anything you read on company web sites. Do not let anyone into your banking information. If you were scammed change your bank card and log in and pin numbers, Do not deal with FXSTATION as they are not what they claim to be they are scammers. AVOID AVOID!!!!!! However, I've received a REFUND a few days ago after contacting (Evidentltd.com) for assistance.

There is still a chance to get your money back. I was once a victim of this online scam. But i was able to recover my funds after i gave a report to Mrs. Olivia Lopez who is a financial consultant and she was really able to get my funds back from this platform. Never put your trust in these companies. I lost my hard-earned money; save yours. They are fraudsters who repeatedly threaten to defraud you of money by refusing to approve withdrawal requests, changing the site's domain name twice, and not answering phone calls. If you request a withdrawal under new circumstances that are obviously impractical. The only way I was able to get my money back was through T O N E L I M I T E D.co, whose team was able to get me both my returns and the main investment. I have been fighting with them for withdrawal for a month, but they have neglected to process any of my requests, finally rejecting them.

Let me tell you, this whole mess was a real eye-opener. These crooks weren't just random scammers - they were part of a big, organized racket targeting folks like me. It hit me hard, emotionally. There were times I felt totally helpless, watching these brazen thieves work their tricks. But you know what? It taught me a big lesson. You've got to be on your toes and do your homework before getting involved with any platform or person online. These shameless con artists will try anything to get their hands on your cash. Sure, it shook me up and made me feel exposed. But in the end, I came out tougher. And thank goodness for " E V I D E N T L T D . C O M " - they really came through and helped sort this mess out. Now, I make it my mission to warn others about these scams.Let me tell you, this whole mess was a real eye-opener. I have been waiting over a month for a refund!! The Peter Rabbit coin was very disappointing as was the so called collectors book to store them in. Numerous emails sent with no replies. Please people, don't bother with this company!!

Scam! Scam! SCAM!! Very hard company to deal with. customer service? what coustomer service Created a dirct debit without my consent When i complained i was told to wait until the item was delivered then ask for a refund, but guess what - it wont accept my address! I have cancelled my subscription on their webpage, but i guess we wait and see now if more money gets scammed form my account. I used PayPal to pay initially, but they were useless when i opened a dispute with them after money was taken without my authority.

Hi everyone I was paid to The Koin Club once with my M&S credite card. Unfortunately I did not received My order since May. I tried to contact them but no customer service number also they did not respond my mail and messages. Last week they took money from my account again. Yesterday I called M&S card and I said to them I did not recognised The Koin Club payment and I recall back my two payment from Koin Club Also I cancelled future payment as well. This company so doggy do not trust them. Good luck for everyone.

Finally i finished cooperation with this company I wouldn't say the company is super or bad .But have lot of disadvantages.work with them for quite a long time and was their regular customer.various incidents happened and I contacted customer support quite often because of problems but last month was blocked without any explanations.tried to contact with them but they just ignored me for 2 weeks. after 2 weeks received answer from them .that I violated their policy and they I was blacklisted and blocked although I never received any warnings from them. They also don't have a very good one customer service . they have big problem with delivery .some time you must wait month for delivery . after all of the above i I do not recommend this company. If you want buy similar coin better use Westminster collection.

The seeming disdain for clients, especially those who are unfamiliar with trade, was one of my main concerns. This was made clear to me when I tried to withdraw my gains and was met with a number of dishonest practices and lies instead. I was able to start a mission to recover my hard-earned money after I filed a complaint with EVIDENTLTD.COM . Their competent aid saved me.

Trying to stop you sending me kions that I don't want or need has been a task that has not been a pleasure more like me an experience from hell. I will be contacting the OMBUDSMAN tomorrow if I have had no phone call from you today believe me, I have given you enough chances to sort this out and I'm still receiving kions from you.

They charged me more then 700$ in 15 minutes , without My approbation and after 3 months I received nothing , on top of that they don't answer me anymore . Worst experience in my life . In Canada that's call fraud .

I keep getting payment failure on my almost finished 2 collections I put in a new card for payment and keep getting faIlure but there is $$$$$$ I'm the bank been to the bank and on there website and called tjete is money to pay fore my subscription wrote to them answer and I don't know if Zendesk there customer service line in Calif is still operating where I got rear help I don't know what to think now .I went back to activate emails to try and get a hold of zemdes no answer and no email saying we received your email yet just wrote the email May 4 ,2024 at about 9:20 pm ish see what happened a bit disappointed going so well also last order if I ever see my 2 subscriptions finish .........

I am receiving coins that I have not ordered and do not want. Have tried phoning but lines never open, sent emails but get no reply. Can't remember my password but when I try to access the link to reset my password it does come through.

I am getting coins I have not ordered, tried phoning, no answer. Sent email, no reply. Can't log in as I've forgotten my password but when I press "forgotten password " it tells me to check my emails for a link to reset my password ..no link comes through I appear to be stuck !
