“Placed an order for the Queen Elizabeth II memorial coins, just after her funeral. So far nothing has arrived. I tried emailing them but no reply. DO NOT buy from these people, it’s a complete rip off.”

“I bought a silver prof coin from this company and after numerous emails chasing the delivery, I received a packet with both ends open and my ordered item is lost. I highly suspected this company is a fraud as they only sent me an empty packet. Never buy from this company again.”

“In 11.09.2022 I ordered some items from your site, order number: 160915, delivery method: next day delivery tracked(UK), in total of 76.92£ and until today 06.10.2022 I did not receive my item ordered. Nobody need to wait more then 25 day for an order. Do not buy from Coin Club, no Customer service by phone. I sent an email to cancel my order after 4 week, they wasn’t able to cancel my order, no refund yet.”

“Promised my delivery 3 to 5 days still waiting 2 weeks on with no email to confirm when I will receive what I've paid for. Read one email sent by staff which stated items out of stock. But still trading selling goods they don't have. . Very poor. When you find one page which states this company has folded. 1 star given I wouldnt give you that. Treating customers this way taking ££ we are your bread and butter and this is nothing more of deceat. Shameful.”

“Order a coin on 10days again and still don't have it. 3-5 days, Understanding on weekends and bank holidays etc... but taking the p*ss. May take up a refund with PayPal”

“Ordered Queen Eluzabeth coins 1 King Charles first day cover And 1 £5 Platenium coin on 10/9/2002 now 20/9/2022 was told 3/5days Delivery took money straight away not even told have been dispatched sound dodgy will NOT be buying from here again or recommend them to anyone sound Fake”

“I don't understand,so many folks unhappy for various reasons,I've always had great service from koin club,it quite clearly gives info about subscriptions etc,my deliveries have always arrived on time,I have had one problem but customer service really went the extra mile to help,my latest three coins arrived on time yesterday,overall nothing negative to say,I'm happy to continue buying from koin club”

“I bought 2 coins from them and now I’m getting monthly shipments but didn’t subscribe at all for it. Now I’m being charged for coins I didn’t buy or even have in my cart. And the shipment code is saying that there was no order found. Is anyone else having this issue?”

“I read a lot of the reviews. My experience is the same. I cannot contact them. AT ALL. I've sent emails. No response. It's a scam. A sham. DONT BUY FROM THEM. They have, or they post they have all of these really nice coins. It's computer generated. There's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SUCK. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE LEGALLY.”

“Try and return something, good luck! I bought damaged coins returned them with full postal tracking signed for delivery and they say they haven't received. A joke!!”

“Like westminster they sell coins they don't have is it legal ? keep away from buying any mystery boxes etc I bought 2 and all the coins where the same apart from 1 and customer services is terrible lately you can't ring anymore? Why ? You can send as many emails as you want you won't get any response at all I've asked 7 questions recently orders subscriptions etc not 1 of the questions has been answered you should be ashamed of yourselves and recently I tried subscribing to another coin set but when tried according to these my address is wrong the address where you sent my previous orders cause that's where I live doughnuts don't bother with any querys you will just be ignored and there phone isn't available anymore who knows I bet there excuse isn't even a valid excuse to why plenty of red flags associated with this site at present why do I want to upload photos I've recently to 6 screenshots and not 1 of the queries have been answered so don't waste your time”

“Horrible company, I ordered 4 Brady coins which they said were in pre-order. I contacted them the following day for the delivery date. I got a email stating their team could not get the coins and issued a refund. False advertising They didn't even want to compensate me for the inconvenience.”
