Was wondering why I got charged twice for two coins I purchased from you. I was charged once for the clash at the castle coin on 6/12/2024 and was given the order number 492322 then was charged again on 7/1/2024 and given an order number of 505646. Then I also purchased the king and queen of the ring coin on 6/13/2014 and given the order number of 493296. I was charged again for this coin on 7/1/2024 with the order number of 505648. So if you could help me out with th is I would appreciate it.

I would like to know how come you have taken money out of my bank without my permission. I also would Ike to know your email you have even put in an order for me which I never did to me this firm is just one big con and I want some answers. This is the order number that you made out that I ordered 215298. The amount you took out of my bank account without my permission is £32.98. If I do not get any satisfaction on this matter I am going to put in a complaint then I am going straight to the ombudsman.
