“I don't use the Meat Man anymore due to poor customer service during my last order. I received several packs of shin beef that were little more than gristle and fat with only about half being quality meat. When I went back to the company to give them the option to put it right I just got arguing.I was lectured on how that was how it should be (even though the website photo used to sell the product on their site looked nothing like what I received) and they also sent a googled excerpt of how to prepare shin beef so that the connective tissue breaks down (which again probably should have been included in the description on the site). I found the person who dealt with my complaint to be patronising and not the customer facing person I would want representing my company. I now use Farm drop and they are amazing!! The quality of the meat is far superior, and they are also more expensive but I'm finding the change great and the increased cost well worth it. Thanks Meat Man for helping me move to a better supplier.”

“I have used this site before and have been really happy with the meat bought but my last order was shocking i bought the rolled beef 4kg boned and rolled for christmas lunch which was so grissly and fatty that we gave trying to eat it and gave it to the dogs and the rolled sirloin was not much better was so dissapointed and it ruined christmas dinner. sorry for the bad review but you did ask”

“Ordered 2 fillet logs which were on offer, only one arrived. Needed two as I was hosting people. Instead of sending me another as requested they refunded me for one log which was poor really considering the one log with delivery wasn't really worth it anymore, basically cancelled out the offer price. Suspect they were out of stock but who knows. If things arent in stock, then you should be made aware before you buy or at least be notified before they ship.”
