I bought items worth £210 not realising it was coming from a Marketplace seller. The seller Garden Greatness an ebay cowboy outfit didn’t send me my items and the range are powerless to help. After telling numerous lies I’m now having to try and get my money back via the bank. Buyer beware.

What is the point of having a live chat if they don't even try to resolve the problem? I bought an electric airer and it was delivered yesterday but it's faulty and I want to send it back as soon as possible but I'm getting no help with how I can do that. Do you have any quality control at your factory? Please respond as soon as possible as I need the refund its the worst company and you can't even phone them and they wont give me a refund

Scammers. Trying to rip off. I received the Christmas Stag. So poor quality. I immediately wanted to return. Took them time to provide me details how to return. Once I've returned as I'm working myself for Evri. They try deny they ever received my parcel. Disorganised, replies take long, I will take this matter further. You ripping off people. Do not buy. Very disappointed.

You need to sort your staff out and learn the law, 3 adults went to the till, 2 monster energy and one Prime HYDRATION (the coconut water not the energy drink) member of staff questioned if it was for one of the children, it was since we've bought them multiple times from another range store and other shops, he refused service claiming it is age restricted, it is not an age restricted product, his attitude towards customers was rude, provocative and unprofessional which lead to a heated argument, after I left the store with my children he proceeded to follow me out and continue the argument thus abandoning his till, followed by 2 other unprofessional members of staff that need to learn the law. Staff should never be following and provoking customers. Needs the sack, especially Logan Evans

We brought a TV cabinet online. It arrived and wasn't as expected not fit for purpose we wanted to return it thinking this should be straight forward. There is only live chat option.was anitly told we would get a response in 72 hours why it is so long we don't no 72 hours passed no response messaged repeatedly via email and was told that we need to return the item via post which is very heavy on there terms of return it states collecting for heavy furniture items quoted this just got a response of we need to post it within 14 days but wait another three working days for label. We asked again for a label as it's not our fault return is not easy. Evenly got the label after protesting. There is no qr code so we had to pay for the label to be printed after trying multiple post offices. And we will be charged to send it back also we have been told to inform them when we send it back and if it gets lost they will not refund. We should have learnt our lesson when we brought a sofa from them three years ago. they say they remove and take away packaging the curriers refused and said they do not do this. Within a week the arm broke it was cardboard inside they asked if we had children or animals jumping on it we said no which we do not. They wanted to reaper it. We said no and asked for an exchange for a more expensive sofa they said no it's repair or return. It took 21 emails three months to sort it out. We had to ask for a refund repeatedly and they said they forgot it took 36 days after they received it for a refund.

I had gone to their Pitsea store to look for an ironing board. SKU 382020, and they had it there which was great but got to the till and it scanned as. 42.99 when it should be 34.99 as shown online. I mentioned to the staff that online it’s a different price so the staff said you can place a click and collect order and we will get this ready for you. The order was then cancelled and when I asked why they said that it’s a different product to online, the code that shows up when they scan the actual item is 382019 but when you enter this in on their website it shows a completely different ironing board. 382019 is a grey ironing board and in fact it is the same name it is the Ultima ironing board but they look different and has a smaller iron rest. 382020 is a red ironing board which is what is stocked in store and has the larger iron rest! I even went to the Southend store today and got the same issue, but in this store the manager was rude and was raising her voice at me saying it’s different I’m not going to change the price! Was absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude from Micky!!

No refund received after returning item via recorded post. Substantial amount of money which I will continue to make sure I get back. Trading standards being reported to . Unacceptable .

Ordered an item in November, still not arrived by Christmas. During the wait I tried to contact the Range. Emails were returned by the Postmaster, saying their inbox was full. Tried again, same thing. Filled in an on line form, included copies of original emails sent. Now 30th December still not heard a thing from The Range, and no idea who was supposed to make the delivery. They have taken my Payment which I have obviously lost.

Appalling service at all levels. Ordered item for flick and collect. Called at designated local store. No record of order. Item not in stock. Called at the other local store. Same result! Spent 2 days online, busting and checking both local stores got nowhere. What is annoying is that no one takes ownership of problems! It appears: *all of the published customer service numbers are no longer live: *contact with customer services is made as difficult as it can be made: *these people oversell online: *contact with customer services has to be by remote means - email or similar: *despite appearances customer services is based in South Africa: *responses consist of a series of templated replies that may, or more likely, may not have any relevance to the problem raised: Worst transaction I have ever had anywhere online or in store!

Christmas present for my autistic grand daughter. Expected 17th December. Still not here on 22nd December. No contact from yodel the courier who apparently have it. No response on what's app. Been waiting 5 hours now. AI live chat useless. Will never order from The Range again.

Absolute disgrace.No item, no refund . Have continually asked for a phone number to speak to someone but just what’s app asking for same info over and over with no resolution. This was for a Xmas present ! Taken the money and no one to get a refund from! Zero stars,!!!!!!!

1 star is one to many in my opinion! Faulty item delivered in November, STILL NO REFUND! Been contacted via what’s app (your preferred choice of contact), by scammers who have tried on a number of occasions to withdraw funds from my account! The sooner you go bust the better

If I could give your customer service 0 starts I would. Absolutely appallingly service. Wanted to return a faulty rug, after many many emails sending photos answering the same questions and providing the same answers time and time again, I was no nearer to be able to return the item. Then, there were no replies to my emails. I am now stuck with an unusable rug. Absolutely disgraceful. The CEO of the range should be thoroughly ashamed of himself providing customer service like this.

I made an order online via the Range and the money was taken instantly from my bank and a confirmation email received. After two weeks I had still not received the order so contacted customer service. I was then told sorry your order was cancelled and we will refund the money in 3-5 days. Another week passes and no refund, so again I contact customer service and I’m told actually no we can’t refund you, you’ll have to try and get the money back from your account. The customer service agent then notes this case as closed and solved. The fact they take your money but then you have to chase to even find out the order is cancelled and then they won’t provide a refund is ridiculous. I will never buy online with them again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have son many bad things to say so I'll summarise in bullet points: • the delivery company they used didn't follow their own protocol and left heavy 45kg boxes of furniture out side in the rain. Couldn't wait for me 5 minutes despite being hours way past given delivery time. Bjs delivery absolutely terrible. (Full details on their Google) • £500 worth of furniture was damaged which was a Christmas present for my 9 year old. • details of damage sent to the range on WhatsApp, live chat and email. It took a long long time to respond. • finally got a response. Was told I had to wait 3 days for them to get a response from their retailer • 4 days passed so I asked for an update. Still no response. • i was then contacted by someone else from the range saying i needed to wait another 3 days for a response! •I expressed my urgency as my daughter needs a bed for Christmas and is now sleeping on the floor. • the range stopped responding all together!!! • I have now been contacted direct from flair furnishings to say the parts that are damaged are no longer in stock. The whole thing has been an absolute disgrace.
