Should have read the reviews before I sent for the cushions. They were provided by a third party seller, this information not given until order placed and money taken. When the very shoddy goods arrived there’s no way of contacting them and the range will not take any responsibility. I’ve given one star but would give a minus if I could. Dreadful company behaviour, disingenuous and sharp practice. Customer service worse than useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a table online and it was faulty I tried to be reasonable but wanted the damaged part to be replaced. More than three months later I have not had a replacement though the staff/bots have claimed it was dispatched. They never follow up but lie repeatedly. The Help Centre is badly named, and their Customer Service is non existent. The worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and id give negative ones if I could.

coming into the range Corby, to be standing at the customer service till freezing whilst being served. I am entering the shop seeing workers standing next to your main entrance freezing and getting visibly ill from this. Seeing your staff having to wear OUTDOOR PPE to be working indoors, seeing them with hand warmers and gloves on and having them completely lose sensation in their body to be able to complete their job role to the best of their ability.  It’s a complete lack of care and consideration for your staff, considering we’re in the middle of winter and this is quite often in the evening time when it is at its coldest. Not to mention I am seeing staff walking round with a security badge on when they are visibly not trained in a security role, it’s a disgusting lack of health and safety and you should be ashamed of yourself as a company. Not to mention, how dangerous it is for you to be telling your staff they are the ones that have to confront people stealing, this is a small town, people know people and it is not fair for you to tell your staff to RISK their safety and lives for something that is NOT their job. I never see any managers on the shop floor at all, I am beginning to wonder if there is even any managers in the Corby store at all? The amount of times I’ve witnessed people being called on the mic to help at a till when there is lines of people blocking exits and entrances, then nobody turns up to help. This is just the start of the problems, I’ve seen much more happening here, and heard much more too.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Do not purchase online items. I bought a bed that broke within a couple days, been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, now they are completely ignoring my emails. Worst customer service i have ever received!!

Ordered a clock online and had no email off them confirming my order when the clock arrived it is damaged tried and tried and tried to get a phone number to no avail only numbers i got was of local stores but called 3 of them with no reply from any of them so i am stuck with the item would never ever order online or in store again there customer service is 0 its as if once you have spent your money on goods they have no interested in any communications in any way with their customers so disgusted with this company and would advise people to do the same and definitely avoid this company

Placed an order, they were unable to fulfil, requested refund...requested refund, requested refund, wish I had done this on a credit card not a debit card as they just don't reply. AVOID anything online with this company.

They never refund cancelled or returned orders. You have to keep emailing, calling, or going to the shop, and then you might be lucky to get your money back. Absolutely rubbish finance department, so sack all of them as they are destroying your brand.

Shocking experience! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered a Christmas tree from Christmas tree world through the range and wanted to send it back . Been non stop hassle. A week after getting in touch about returning, different people have been emailing me back with each email saying I’ve to wait another 3 working days for them to get back to me so just delaying all the time and getting nowhere. I thought no returns should be this difficult. The range were telling me they are waiting on returns info from Christmas tree world yet Christmas tree world told me they were in fact waiting on the range and that it’s nothing to do with them if I’ve ordered through the range. I then decided to Google reviews and no way am I sending the tree back as I am pretty certain I’ll receive no refund for a £150 tree! So now stuck with it as would rather that than risk not hearing anything or receiving any refund. They are scamming people left right and centre. Customer services useless!! And no phone number raises suspicion straight away! Wonder why there’s no number! AVOID!

Called at the Bangor (North Wales) store to buy several pots of paint. As I walked in, a young man shouted "You can't come in. We're not open." When I asked when they would open, he said that would happen at nine o'clock. I asked him what time it was and was told it was five minutes to nine. Two suggestions:- a) Do not open the doors until 9am. b) Update your staff customer services manual.

Had ordered a 3 plus 2 seater sofa set for £550, only 1 sofa arrived and when this was queried we were informed that the price was only for a 2 seater and not the 3 plus 2 set advertised (we still have the screen shot of the advertisement). No one interested at the range so basically ripped off for £550 which we have been told we will need to pay to get a second sofa. No one at the Range is interested and now we are currently dealing with Trading Standards as it appears this is the only way forward, never again will I buy from the Range...BTW gave 1 star as couldn't give less

Never received a refund or my lampshade back after taking back ti a store after buying on line. They kept the lampshade and lost it ! But said I couldn’t have a refund as was bought from on line - but they took it back in store but manager was away. He ( the manager ) was meant to call me to arrange / advise how to return my product but instead he lost it and refused ti give me a refund! Appalling, disgusting, terrible customer care. I will never shop with you again. If I could leave no stars I would. There are no options to honestly leave an accurate review because there are no available options ti say my refund was never given or that the range never bothered to respond to my complaint. Awful experience with the range.

from opening the box of a balcony set, several cracked`s and part`s broken off. phoned up the store several time`s, no response. photo`s taken ,up to the manager. constant email`s,visit to the store. five weeks up to now. nothing. on b.b.c. `WATCH DOG`. avoid at all cost.

I thought i had a lovely extendable dining table, bought online from The Range, until I tried to extend it a few weeks ago and found that it doesn't open wide enough to get the extending panel out. 3 weeks later and I have still not managed to speak to anyone. I cant find a contact number. I've tried their live chat which gives AI automated messages. I've emailed robotic recipients, sent them photos and clarification after written clarifications. A one sentence reply tells me the photo doesn't show the fault! 29 message email thread and begging emails to speak with someone. I wahatsapped them. Nothing. A £600 table that doesn't extend. yet they have made zero effort to assist. ??? I am determined to get their attention. it's criminal

2 dining chairs I bought from the range ashford ,Kent were mis-sold as ready assembled but decided to keep them and assemble them myself. Legs were uneven. Customer service virtually non existent. Will not speak to you on the phone. Can only deal on line. You end up going backward and forward with e mails when a 10 minute phone call would probably result in the same outcome which was a totally derisory offer. Do not deal with this company.

Had a delivery of an item bought as a gift for my wife birthday. Could not accept it due to having nowhere to put the fountain. Told our relative we could not accept the item due to cost etc. They had no problems with this. Took the item to our local Range store (within the 10 days) who stated they could not take it as it was purchased through a 3rd party as they did not stock the item in their stores. This was 5 weeks ago. Emailed them and the sellers/distributors of the fountain. Still waiting for an acknowledgement/contact from either CUSTOMER SERVICES as to resolving the issue. The slowest and worst company I have ever deal with.

I bought 2 curtain tie backs. On the rack the price said £3.99. When I got to the till, I was charged £4.99. I therefore went back into the store to check I read it right. I had, they were £3.99. So I took a photo of the product & the price it stated. I then went back to customer service. I showed them the receipt & the photo I had taken. The apparent manager, when to check for himself. He eventually came back & said the price shown was wrong. That they were £4.99. He refused to reimburse the difference. He just claimed he had 24 hours to put the correct price on the product. I have heard several stories of this happening to other customers. I was absolutely shocked at the attitude of the manager. People, please always check your receipt. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened to me. Last time I went back into the store to let them know. I let that time slide, but after today never again. I’M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!
