Worst Online Company & Support I Have EVER Dealt With (AVOID!!) Trying to get a hold of anyone to arrange return is near on impossible, I have spent over £35 in calls and sent many emails to hello at therange.co.uk and have waited in 2 days for collection, yet the item is still packaged and has not been collected. I am now charging £25 a day in storage fees as of the 11th Sept 2017, and at the end of the month I will dispose of the item and put this into the hands of a debt collector to recover my initial cost and fees from The Range, other goods I received were damaged, and was promised partial refund if I kept them, again, never happened. Worst online company I have ever dealt with, and will never buy from again, BE WARNED you will be charged 25p a minute via mobile, waiting for them to never answer your call, because their call center is backed up with callers complaints, I spent 40 mins waiting at cost of £10 and spoke to nobody, eventually hanging up, don;t waste your time with this company, they are literally the worst I have ever dealt with. UPDATE: 30/09/2017 I contacted the local store in Southampton Monday 25th by phone and spoke to Tony in the furnishing department, and after he made some calls told me that the courier (DPDx) would be contacting me directly to arrange collection for my return of the damaged Farmhouse Sideboard, and if they did not, to call back at the weekend, they didn't contact me, so called the store again, and asked for Tony, he then told that the store manager would email them, and I asked him to have the manager contact head office also and have someone contact me, I have sent 2 letters to their head office in the past week, he told me the store manager would phone me back as soon as they had emailed the courier, no one contacted me back yet again, I have spent £35-£40 in calls, sent numerous emails (least a dozen), been in to the local store several times, and I still have this Farmhouse Sideboard packaged to go back and it's stuck in my one bed flat hallway since they should have collected on the Monday 11th September, and have no indication of when or if they will ever collect it and refund me, I have even threatened them with a debt collector, which is the route I am now planning to go to recover my money and compensation. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THE RANGE ONLINE EVER AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER DOES. Will you be wasting you're time contacting The Range, see below of my experience. They stock cheap extra-wide ten-part dividers which seem to be nearly impossible to find anywhere else.

WARNING. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, THEY DO NOT HAVE TO SEND WHAT YOU ORDERED OR PAID FOR. This company has no customer service or corporate responsibility. Little more than a scam. They sent me 8 curtains in a colour I didn't order. I tried to call 'Customer Services' for 5 days. After 35 mins on hold (no wonder, I realised why they are so busy) I got through to be told they do not guarantee either the style or colour you will be sent. I said that this was ridiculous for home decor items where the colour is crucial. The said their Terms say that they do not have to send what you order. I should repeat that: THEY DO NOT HAVE TO SEND WHAT YOU ORDER & PAY FOR. This is their T&C;s. So you will get any style or any colour and when you try to return, you cannot do it to any of their stores and you have to pay to send back to them. THEIR ONLINE COMPANY IS LITTLE MORE THAN A SCAM. This means that for those poor customers who cannot get to a store or need something they don't have in stock, they till take your money and don't have to send what you ordered. Then you will pay them to send it back. I asked to call their CEO's Chris Dawson and Nigel Oddie. I was told by Jill, their receptionist that the CEO's aren't back for 2 weeks, do not have any assistants and do not have an email as they don't use email. Seriously??????????? I recorded the conversation as it must surely be a joke....................

I called the store to confirm an item was in stock before setting off and possibly wasting a trip. They saw only 1 in stock so checked the shop floor to make sure and even held the item for me to go in and collect later that day.

They have a good stock of items not available readily. The prices are reasonable and parking is easy.

I purchased a 3 seater sofa and a matching reclining chair, which was advertised with £50 off if purchased together. They delivered the sofa, and informed me that the chair was out of stock, and they'd inform me when it became available. It was duly delivered around 4 weeks later, BUT as I never purchased them both together, I never qualified for the £50 discount. Shocking service from after sales, who couldn't seem to understand that it wasn't my fault the chair was out of stock! Never been back in their shops.

I ordered and paid £299 online for a chair that should have been delivered the same week. So far Ive made 5 phone calls to customer service. One to the courier. Two complaint emails both unanswered. The current situation is that they have no idea where the chair is and they are out of stock now. They are currently taking 3 days to do dearches to try to find missing chair and will phone me tomorrow. The service is appalling.

They stock good makes of pet feed at very reasonable prices so I make a trip once a month To stock up

I brought a picture and I couldn't find the mirror I was looking for . The store assistant looked on line to help me find it as I couldn't tenner the name of it. They will text me when it is instock again . Friendly , helpful. Went the extra mile . Feel good factor in store the staff seem happy to be there
