Initially, Nerivio helped. After my 5th use, I developed a loud ringing in my ears, intense vertigo and nausea, and disorientation. It has taken weeks to get my balance back. I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I ever use it again.

I do notice relief with Nerivio but only in combination with migrain medication.

I’ve tried the Nerivio 4 times at the early onset and it did not help me. It actually seemed to make the migraine worse during the 45 min treatment. I had to take a triptan after each treatment.

Mine the Rivieo came with an arm band that was too long to wrap around my arm and secure the device tightly. I woke up with a migraine and put it off trying the new reveal because I had been told that new reveal was sending me a shorter or a band And wanted to wait until then. The migraine can I help control and say used as a face for a session while holding it on my arm, but one side of the electrode pads slid away and out of position. I have contacted Nerivio Customer Service and sent photos of the device as it looks now as requested. I am waiting to hear back. The device did not help my migraine; whether that is because I waited too long to try it or because I did not have a proper arm band that fit, I do not know. Nerivio should ask when ordering what size arm you have. If I had known the arm band would be so long I would have told them that my arm is the width of anadolescenct’s

I love using it and I’ve used it a few times in one day to keep a migraine at bay, which has been a God-send to be completely honest. Can I use it all the time?!

This is great to hear! For your question about using Nerivio all of the time, Nerivio® is indicated for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in patients 12 years of age or older. The Nerivio device is designed to provide twelve full 45-minute treatments that you can use whenever they are needed, with no monthly time limitations. Usage for each person can vary. Easy to use. Seems to make an impact although some days I have had to repeat treatment. My setting is 43 to 47 percent.

Thanks for your review! We are glad that Nerivio is working well for you. Here are some tips that may help you: Setting Intensity -Since each migraine attack is different, there is no one right setting. The intensity should be strong, but never painful or uncomfortable, and should be set within the first few minutes of treatment.    -The + and – buttons on your phone screen allow you to set the level, and just after you start a treatment, you can repeatedly press the “plus” button to increase intensity until the sensation feels strong but not uncomfortable.  -During clinical trials, the most effective treatment was obtained with intensities over 20% and with averages between 25 and 35%. If you do not get to 20%, however, do not worry, as long as it feels strong. -Although the intensity may feel as if it gets weaker during treatment; this is normal and is just your body adjusting to the sensation; there is no need to increase the intensity further.  If your migraine headache is not aborted following treatment, or the headache returns, you may administer additional treatments. We do not have a limit on the number of times you may treat in a day, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use. Nerivio helps me a lot with my migraines. It is truly so helpful. It also has a little travel bag with it so you can take it with you which i think is amazing. I take it with me everywhere i go!

It doesn’t work that well for severe headaches but is pretty good for milder migraines or before a full blown migraine starts. I use it in conjunction with my other medicines and would use it more if I didn’t have to pay so much for it. It needs to be covered by insurance.

Instead of popping more medicine at start of migraine I like being able to use Nerivio instead. Seems I’m using it a lot!!!! It helps calm the migraine yet I notice it still lingers on.

I don’t like taking medication‘s. And this device has really helped my Aurora headaches. I take this before I take any medication even if I have to do multiple treatments. I really do recommend this over medication.
