“I absolutely love your company. It was super easy to use the products and the colour was perfect. I love that it doesn’t have a strong smell, my hair feels so healthy and the coverage was amazing!! I love you get everything in the kit that you need and don't have to waste so much money, time in a salon!! I have told so many people about the shade as I truly think its amazing I just wish I found out about it longtime ago.😁”

“Very satisfied with how quickly my first order arrived and then subsequent automatic orders arriving. I am around 90% grey and I’m still trying to work on getting my colour right. Straight after colouring I’m a wee bit purple, I need something to tone done the gold that my natural colour throws, but being purple for a few washes isn’t pleasant. Grey coverage is ok but would like better.”

“I absolutely adore The Shade. The cute packaging and all it’s useful contents. So thoughtful! I bleached my hair first, following your advice and I liked it apart from the grey/whites!! So I got advice and changed the original colour. I love the smell and how soft my hair is for days after! Thank you Shade💜🌸💜”

“When first done the color looks good however I find the color fades very quickly and after just 3 weeks it has faded quite substantially. I am very unhappy with the longer term results.”

Hi Denise, Sorry that you weren’t happy with your colour result. Colour fade is typically seen when the hair is porous, as the hair can then leak colour. “I got the dark brown hair colour and was very happy with this colour . This is a picture a couple of weeks later after about or 4 washes and the colour is still strong . Will buy again as it’s so convenient and inexpensive .”

“I love everything about the Shade, I just wish the developer was in a resealable bottle so it can be reused as the amount i have to use now doesn't take all the developer, so it would be great to have a screw top bottle.”

“Love this product. The colour is great and lasts well (Montecristo Lught Ash Brown). My only gripe is how fiddly it is to apply with a brush. I much prefer a squeeze bottle like the L’Oréal Excellence brand. In fact I’m now decanting the colour into an old squeeze bottle and it works well and fast! Maybe you could think about that for future development?”

“SORRENTO - LIGHT ASH BLONDE I really liked the introduction pack, it came with everything I needed to dye my hair at home. The included shampoo and conditioner was exceptional, my hair felt so soft! Unfortunately the colour came out more golden blonde than ash. Overall it was okay just not the end result I was expecting.”

“Starter kit too large for post box, but following deliveries good. All tools good quality except clips which are useless. Application brush bit annoying d/t hook on end, so difficult to use for sectioning; hook for frosting cap? Can't use prepping oil d/t severe reaction. Recommended processing time too long for my hair; damaging. But, even halving the time is covering white hair; so good. Overall, decent and convenient to have regular deliveries.”
