“I love the concept of being able to complete my baby book on an app and then receiving a beautiful finished product. The Short Years allowed me to work on it anytime or anywhere. “I was really excited for this app but the longer I have it the more frustrated I get. It’s deleted completed photo pages & lately it won’t open for me. I’ll close everything out & still I just get the constant page turning like it’s thinking. It’s been a big disappointment but I really want the book so i just keep trying. The questions are good & the options for layouts are nice but it takes forever to complete a chapter when it either won’t open or deletes a page or two.”
Hey Jaclyn! Thanks for alerting us about this issue! In our app, nothing is ever deleted as our system backs up every hour. It sounds like you may have experienced a glitch which would be an easy fix. Sometimes when this happens it is because the photo itself has some broken data.
