“The original Nexus 7 fits well except for the power plug port. The cases power plug cover gets in the way. Im glad that things are still available for the original model. At fist i was a bit miffed that my cover was going to be twice as expensive as my first one. The original cover was no longer available. Note, this was at a different store and a different cover brand. After receiving the snugg cover I'm actually glad. The new cover has actual stitching as opposed to the older ones edges that became undone. The snugg cover is much better than my original cover of a different brand.”

“I have ordered from SNUGG a couple of times now and this has been the worst experience by far. I placed my order on July 1st. Funds were taken from my credit card on July 1st. then it takes 3 full business days to process?
I can accept waiting however if you are taking my money then I am expecting more prompt service. Perhaps you should wait until you are ready to ship before you process the payments.
during those 3 business days (which equalled 5 calendar days) there were no status updates or any indication online that anything was moving. Needs to be better.”
“Placed an order a week earlier with standard delivery. Was notified that shipment would arrive on Friday and it is now Tuesday with no product! Customer support stated "that I ordered with standard delivery and would have to wait" despite indication that it would arrive on Friday. Telling the customer that he is wrong is never a good idea.
With the variety of cases readily available with guaranteed shipping, I will never order from the Snugg again.”
“I received an email notice today that my order had shipped and I had already received it yesterday AND I did not request expedited shipping! Now, that is quick service :) The IPad cover is just as described and I look forward to it lasting a long time. Our 4 year old grandson has the same cover (handed down from his dad) and his gets lots of "abuse" and still looks fine.”
