“A GOLD STAR is more fitting for the service I received for ‘trying’ to make my order.I was unable to upload the photo due to not understanding how,even after I was talked through step by step by chat, I couldn’t!! So he rang me instead & took over the Whole proceed,Thank you.I received them both a week later by Royal Mail,in which I received an email to state when they would be delivering & if convenient for them. Gold Star for exceptional service. For the Actual product..o my..A Jewels star has to be given here.It really is exceptional & I state that with no exaggeration, you really will be very pleased & maybe like me a little emotional x”

“After searching online to find somewhere that I could get all the information I wanted on my dogs tag as he kept some how losing them while wearing them, it became apparent no one could do it until I came across here The Stately Hound, I chatted to someone on the website chat who was super helpful and said I could get a personalised plate attach to the collars they have, to which they also said all the information I wanted could go on it too! Amazing service and I received the collar a few days ago and it’s just perfect! And suits my boy very well! 5*’s and would deffo make another purchase in the near future! Thank you to the person I chatted to that helped get the collar and plate done for me, it’s very much appreciated. Now my boy won’t be out in the world without my contact info incase something were to happen after the few times losing his previous tags.”

“I really wanted to like this company, but poor customer service has let them down. I ordered a harness but received the wrong size. So I emailed to ask about return procedures as no information was i cluses with my delivery. I received an automated email saying they couldn’t reply straight away. That was a week ago. I’ve found an alternative supplier but am stuck with an item I can’t use and no ability to get a refund. Such a shame”

“Ordered a dog toy and received a dog lead e-mailed on Wed about my order being wrong still waiting on a reply. I e-mailed again on Fri still no reply from any of my e-mails”

“The collar is made very well and of high quality, there are no complaints about it. but I bought a collar for my tiny dog and unfortunately it is very heavy, too many rivets and extra leather that overlaps ended up being very rough and adds extra weight. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem for a large dog, but since my dog is tiny it makes a big difference.”

“Service & quality of product appear very good. Delivery swift…..however the reason for 3 stars is because I have been inundated with emails since purchase despite unsubscribing from mailing list. Annoying.”
