“Brilliant company - had a hiccup with the website - but rang the next day - spoke to a lovely chap who sorted it in no time - received my dogs two days later - lovely and good quality - wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to family and friends - excellent customer care - more companies to to take note of this - good customer care goes a long way”

“This made a great present for my sister, very high quality and great customer service. The first delivery came with a slight mistake but when i reached out to them they were very quick to answer and sent me a new one the next day. Excellent!”

“We ordered a lead and a collar for our dog just before Christmas fully expecting everything to arrive after the holidays. Not only did it arrive before, but the company also rang me up to check I really wanted to go ahead with ordering this particular lead because in their opinion the latch was too big/heavy for the size of our dog (based on the collar we ordered.) We updated the order (and even got a little discount on the new lead we ordered instead.) Stunning service. (Not to mention the great quality of their products. Amazing stuff.)”
