“Overall positive experience. Bought the car with/for my wife about a month ago. One salesman was a bit pushy (that's one reason why I haven't given 5 stars). The car was a fair price but nothing special, in terms of a bargain. The vehicle runs like clockwork......we are very pleased. However, it developed a slight fault over a week ago.....boot release worked intermittently. I rang TCW to explain and waited about 30 minutes to get through ( second reason why I am not giving 5 stars).The after-sales service since has been first class. TCW arranged to take the car back last Saturday. I picked the car up yesterday to find the fault had been fully explored and the boot release switch replaced under the warranty. No debate, just a friendly and efficient service. I would like to thank, in particular, Mercedes (telephone reception),Nicola Woodland and Nichola Bennett in After-Sales for making the experience absolutely painless. Lovely people and any fears I might have had regarding after-sales service or car quality have been unfounded. I know it's still relatively early days but, on the basis of the current situation, I would buy with TCW in the future, thanks.”

“I bought a car for my elderly mother on Saturday 18th September. We were told this vehicle had a FULL SERVICE HISTORY. Upon examining the service record the last service was carried out in 2019! THIS IS NOT A FULL SERVICE HISTORY! Apart from this, I was told to attend and collect the car at 11am on Sunday. I had advised Laura the finance lady that I had to drive back to Essex Sunday afternoon so it was important that this car be ready for me to collect ASAP on Sunday. I called at 10.18 on Sunday and spoke to a lady who said “Yes the vehicle is all ready for you, come when you are ready.” I arrived at 11.15 and was told the car was having an MOT and was not ready. TWO HOURS went by and I enquired again to be told the car was being valeted. Another 45 mins went by and the car arrived, UN-VALETED, with almost ZERO fuel in it and glue from a sticker still splashed across the drivers side screen! NO vehicle handover whatsoever! I wasn’t even provided with the spec of the vehicle! I was recommended to come to you guys for a car by my sister who has bought from you in the past, she is now embarrassed by that! All in all I feel I have had a very poor experience of your company and have been MISS SOLD a vehicle on the pre-tense it has a full service history WHICH IT HAS NOT! Please advise how you intend to rectify this ASAP??? Thank you!”

“giving a 4 star review because Tristan in neath branch went above and beyond to find us a good deal despite our difficult circumstances. he was friendly and accommodating and manager material. our experience was let down by Ross who was extremely pushy to the point where it was uncomfortable regarding the purchase of the rac cover. he wouldn’t accept no for an answer. He also tried to trick me into signing a form agreeing to the cover by putting it in a pile among other forms to be signed - i had not agreed to the cover and luckily i spotted what i was signing up to before it was too late. i was further disappointed that when my wife took out the cover, a credit check was run and this wasn’t made clear. as we opted for a family plan (purchasing two cars) this meant i had three credit checks on my file, one of which i wasn’t aware of until after the fact.”

“The sales staff were very helpful and supportive in choosing my new car. It was efficiently coordinated with a positive result. I was dismayed however that on its first journey the engine light came on and a message alerting me that the engine needed to be repaired. Initially I was in a panic and very angry. I returned the car and made a complaint. I was dealt with compassionately and was directed to Customer Service. Within the hour a mechanic had checked the car and a fault was found with the catalytic converter. As it within the 28 day warranty they immediately booked a date and time to complete the repair offering a courtesy car if one was available. I am grateful for their support however, I fail to understand how the car could be sold to me with such an obvious fault. The car had passed an MOT the day before pick up and their mechanic had given the car a full check. I hope this situation is not repeated for any other customers as it causes such distress.”

“Another new car from Trade Centre Wales making 7 in total As always the team have been amazing looking after us and ensuring the car we bought was suitable for our needs. Sales manager Gavin was outstanding as usual along with Andy the sales rep No plans to change the car in the near future but would definitely not hesitate in returning if I change my mind Fab car fab team and fab service”

“Very pleased with the service. Hate being harrased by salesmen and we weren't, which meant we stayed. Paid outside our budget due to a healthy reduction from the listed price and very pleased with the end product. Only negative was the push for the extended warranty/service. Signed paperwork which was sent off even though we stated we will think about it and let them know the following day. Day of collection, signed paperwork stating that we didn't want the warranty/ service offer but both sets of paperwork were retained.”
