On the 3rd of june we purchashed a queen size matress an bed frame. After many calls we finally recieved our matress on the 16th june but no bed frame, i have called many times to chase it up as we have not recieved any updates by email or phone at all. The service has been terrible. Would not recommend buying a bed from the warehouse online at all. We are still waiting till recieve the bed frame an its now the 19th june

This is genuinely the worst excuse for a New Zealand business ever no one in store is helpful, their online store is a mess - they need a new web developer; and if THEY screw up your delivery YOU have to chase their delivery company up. It's such a long-standing business that you would think they would move forward in a good way? But all they've done that I've noticed in the past decade is remodel their stores to a glaring white colour and started a cheap mobile company - without the customer support to help people when they need it.

Ordered well over a month ago, still missing items. Emailed requesting a refund or my items to be sent.... ignored, no email back. Shocking service and will never use online again.

Another company blaming covid. This company advertised but couldn't find stock. When it was received it was damaged after waiting 11days to receive it. Couldn't get hold of anyone and finally when I did they told me to take the item to nearest store. (At my cost of course.)And how long would I have waited for a replacement. They say you get what you pay for and this company proves it big time. Communication is near impossible as is getting your goods. Buy new you expect new. Would rather pay extra for better. My advice would be to put some thought into your purchase before buying. You get what you pay for. (eventually. Not.)

Why does it take a huge nationwide company weeks, and weeks, and weeks, to send multiple parcels for ONE order!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP ONLINE, or you might just go insane waiting or trying to phone somebody, who clearly doesn't give a rats!!!!!!

Both ‘Click and Collect’ and Delivery options are horrible! 1. I haven’t picked-up my items but the status are already “collected”! I had to go back and forth to the store to check. Phone lines and emails are being ignored. 2. Chose ‘Delivery’ option on my next order, upon checking one of the biscuits package is already opened! Now will have to go back to store for a refund. What a waste of time! 3. Most of the products paid online were no longer available so warehouse made a refund. They gave me free delivery for my next order only to find out they will refund again due to ‘out of stock’!!

Appalling service - placed a simple click and collect order on 28 APRIL and have had no communication at all, and it's now early June. They don't respond to emails - I've sent 3. Went into the store and they refused to help and told me to phone the help line - I told them there was a wait of over 1 hour on that line, and they said that sometimes it was 2.5 hours (as if that isn't unusual). I've tried 'chat' but it's not operating, and there's no reply via Facebook. So I can't get my item, but also can't get a refund. Appalling service - and Covid 19 is no excuse, not for 6 weeks of delays and a 1 hour wait on the phone - no other large retailer is doing this badly.

I recommend not using click and collect. It’s been nearly a month since I placed my order and I have received no communication from them even though I have sent numerous emails. I fully understand with covid19 there are delays but you need to communicate this to customers who have placed orders. I have emailed asking for a refund as I have since bought what I needed at another store. I’m still waiting for my refund. No other major companies are having these big delays so there is no excuse.

Click and collect service is ridiculous. Been over a 20 days and I'm still waiting! I totally understand with covid19 there are expected delays but some form of communication would be professional. Ive sent 2 emails and received no response to either and then had to wait on the phone for 1.5 hours, just to get hung up on. They had bought up my details so could've called me back but didn't... The whole process is Very disappointing

For crying out loud I placed an order on the 3rd of May... You won't answer the phone, you won't accept an online chat. I haven't received my stuff. I can't even send an email have tried this is ridiculous... Not one bit of communication from you guys.. I used to love the warehouse now I just think you suck!.. I understand the backlog but it doesn't take 5 minutes to send an email stating( hello we've received your order etc)

Pathetic service at the manukau warehouse store... we waited at the jewelry section for more then half an hour, told someone will be with us ages ago n they weren't even busy... more like 0 customer service.

Terrible service! Had to order numerous items as I was a day from moving overseas before lockdown and had no household items. I waited very patiently for everything but have had items cancelled after waiting 3 weeks (even though there is stock all over the country), haven't even received the refund either, have had items supposedly delivered when they haven't, have items delivered in boxes that were way to small and the items have stuck out and had a bit of tape on them to cover it, a toaster completely mutilated, food storage containers broken, a frypan scratched up etc. Have waited over a month and still no replies to my emails, get cut off from online chat, and the wait time on the phone today is 2 hours. Have had to purchase these items from Kmart and were delivered promptly and packaged well.

Placed order onlibe for tje Easter egg firesale. Paid and waited 2 weeks(10 workibg days) for comformation that was ready for click & collect. Emailed them day 15...no reply..emailed day 16..no repky. Gave up went into store..waited in the looong line to see if there. It was...asked staff member how long it had been shelved and he said a week been there. Extremely poor custoner service with to this day no repky to my email (not in spam) & this was my first snd LAST time online purchasr with this company. HOPELESS!!

I just want my order cancelled, and you can't seem to get that right either... hours on the phone, endless emails.. which computer generated replies, absolute shameful lack of customer service, just take our money, blame covid 19... I want my money back...simple

Just unbelievable that you can't provide customer service. I've spent days "over a week " chasing my order, yesterday I requested to have my order cancelled.. Ive sent email upon email, and have received NO assistance from your team at alllll. Shows on my app, as on hold, and one item still processing.. second payment due tomorrow via zip .. I just want my order cancelled and refunded MY money. In sick of being on hold over the phone, and sent computer generated emails.. get your act together people. Its 2020, not 1820 .

I placed an order about 5 weeks ago said it’ll take around 7-14 days to receive tracking details and I’m still waiting currently sitting on the phone line still waiting for them to answer and it’s been an hour and 50 mins 😤 get onto it warehouse SHOCKIIIIIING!!!!!!!!!!!

Click and collect has been a wastevif time since lockdown. We will be level 2 tomorrow and still no communication. The lack of updates and communication from their customer service team is so disappointing and shows no empathy towards customer experience. Wish I hadn't ordered

Useless Click and Collect service!!! You guys are a waste of time and waste of money. Wish I read everyones reviews first before I placed my order. What a shame having to wait this long for just ONE THING. What a joke!!!!!

TheWarehouse online service is utter rubbish. They cannot blame this on Covid 19 as other retailers like Kmart Bunnings etc give prompt responses and email updates. Do not use their Click and Collect is is even worse, Again that they cannot blame Covid as the supermarkets seem to be able to do this very well. As others have said here they simply have no idea what they are doing and are just taking your money to pad their bank account.
