“Was extremely impressed with the immaculate condition the clothing area was in when I visited last night. Easy to find what i needed abd the lovely assistant I think her name was Maisey was pleasant and you could tell she took pride in what she was doing. Well done lady you're a credit to the Papanui branch keep smiling you're awesome.”

“Yesterday i had the pleasure of witnessing one of the best customer service experiences for the first time in years at the Whangarei store. Jahcze, was her name and she was ever so patient with a young mum who has mental health issues including physical tics and unsociable behaviours. She was loud and used profanity as well. Jahcze took her time and served with a smile. I hope something lovely happens to make Jahcze see that she is appreciated.”

“Went to the Warehouse today. Lilly went out of her way to help me. She stopped cleaning wet on the floor. She was just amazing. We need more people like Lilly in our world and is glad she is at our Warehouse in Albany. Think the Warehouse will not be the same without her. Thank you Lilly. You are a star in the dark.”

“Warehouse Invercargill 21/06/2024, 10:00, Stationery Dept, assistant Nate. I bought a replacement Android phone, which I asked to be 'set up.' This was more complicated than expected due to Samsung's protocols. Nate showed endless patience and technical knowledge combined with a good sense of humour. He exceeded my expectations (I would not have received such service from a competitor). Thank you.”

“I came into the Manukau Warehouse today and wanted to pay for my purchases with a Bonfire card. The self-service checkout would not accept my Bonfire card and I asked an attendant for help. She was excellent. She tried different ways to make it work and then got another colleague to also help. Eventually we realised that we need to scratch off the pin number and the female attendant manage to do this which was not easy. I want to commend their service and their helpfulness.”

“I had a lovely lady named Julia in the BLENHEIM store helping me join market place last Sat. She was so patient and understanding. I was buying a Xmas tree and didn’t know how to join. Wish their were more “JULIA’S” around.”

“Sent an image via printicular to The Warehouse Matamata and was most impressed that they bothered to call me (within an hour of the order being placed) to let me know there would be a delay due to ink and check how quickly I required the item. Thanks guys Great Service :)”

“I visited the Richmond Warehouse early this evening. 6.21pm Wednesday the 9th November. I cannot believe how helpful the young lady was. She even helped me set up my market club on my app. I got an extra discount with it. Thank you special lady. I did nit get your name but you were wearing a black Covid mask. Bless you for your kindness I saved $31 from market place for your effort helping me set it up . I was visiting from Matamata”

“I bought a 50inch veon TV from warehouse takanini which needed warranty replacment. At first it was a lot of going back and forth which was frustrating as the specific tv was not in stock, but after talking to the manager ,(Pritma) who was very understanding- we were able to resolve the issue and get a 55inch with a reasonable price difference to pay. Very happy with the end result.”

“I bought the new Eli Saab perfume 'Girl of Now' 30ml online & chose Click & Collect for an extra $3. The perfume is fab, love the orange blossom & Vanilla notes. Very easy to order on line & arrived with 3-4 days. Thank you.”

“I came in last week to purchase a Deluxe 3 in 1 Trike, couldn't find it in-store I asked one staff member by the name of Tamara M from St.lukes stopped what she was doing to assist me, she was very friendly and very helpful, she had a look in the system and found they didn't have stock, she checked other branches there were a few at the Albany store, she placed a click and collect and had it delivered to my address. This item will be gifted and it arrived to my address a week before the birthday, so I am very please that she suggested to have it delivered, saved me driving out to Albany store to pick up. Thank you so much Tamara M for your amazing customer service.”

After trying three stores previously & getting not very good customer service over the phone this little beauty Maddison was such a delight to deal with I honestly can’t wait to go into papamoa store because of her.
