received the second part of my order 24 /04 /20 zonal geranium plugs ,very poor anaemic looking pale and insipid 2 cm tall the worst I have had from T&M tried email to customer care ,no reply I don't think they can blame corona virus if you read these reviews this has been going on since before it started pity I didn't read them sooner I don't hold much hope for my tomato plants

ordered compost middle of March still not arrived. yet I keep getting emails about plants no good without compost!!! Noone replies to emails no chance on phone have requested a refund heard nothing.Very poor customer service. never order form them

Totally Disgusted! Order fushias and petunia for hanging baskets not cheap photos looked lovely . Received one slim box of fuchsias that were not only so tiny but broken the couple that had leaves and bone dry!! They have not survived and I have now written 3 E mails no reply and no sign STILL of petunias!!stay well clear of this company I’ve been robbed and ignored!!

I placed an order for Two Cordyline pink passion on the 5th April( £45 with postage) I was Told my order would be with me in 21 days. I've had no feed back apart from an automated reply to an email I've sent. They are still taking orders which is unbelievable. I will never use this company again. Oh the power of social media!!

Appalling experience. Fuschia plants were terrible. Out of 20 maybe 5 that will live. Begonia tubers puny. They took so long to arrive I ordered from elsewhere. You are not able to speak to customer services.

On 23th march last ordered by telephone 3 tomatoe plants as advertised in the Daily Telegraph. My bank statements confirmed that payment of £9.94 was made on 24th March. Since then I have heard NOTHING. Please may I have one, or a refund in view of delay. John Foley Hampton mx

Very disappointed in T&M ,ordered 6 tomatoes and 3 pepper plants 5 weeks ago to date received zilch 0 .sent email a week ago no reply. Getting in touch with pay pal !

Received fuchsia plugs yesterday.plugs mainly blackened rotten leaves, out of twenty might save three doubtful. Also had a mixed order of fruit plants through QVC. Not impressed .feel its wasted money. QVC are contacting them for replacements ,still waiting. direct order of fuchsias two emails no response. Will not order plants again.

I am very disappointed with the twelve Glen Ample raspberry canes that I bought by mail order earlier this year. Of my first purchase of six canes, only two have grown; to approximately 55cms and 65cms tall respectively. One showed a small bud at the base, but this has not developed. The other three have not grown at all. Because of this failure rate, I ordered six more, without knowing T&M’s poor reputation. Of the six which arrived on 15th April and planted the same day, none have shown any sign of life. They had all been planted in good soil, watered sufficiently and protected from frost. The rest of our garden is thriving with a sturdy growth of clematis, roses, vines, blueberries, figs, rhubarb and numerous potted plants, etc. Less than 25% success rate for growth of plants (priced £10 for six, and £5 postage each time) is very poor. I will not be ordering from them again, and certainly will not recommend them if asked. I have not received any reply or acknowledgement to my email.

Sadly I ordered a variety of things over 5 weeks ago, I received 2 of them but not the rest of the stuff. I have emailed many times, theres no response, you cant call either and I cant cancel - I would be very careful buying from them! I have just messeged them on Facebook maybe I will get a response as this is ridiculous!

Sadly I've been having major problems with my orders. The online tracking is no help as it explains there has been a delay with the order and to wait 14 days for delivery. I've now been waiting over a month past that time for at least 5 items across 3 orders. I understand the difficulties in the current situation but all the other companies I had placed orders with fulfilled them in the time frames they advised. The plants I actually have received from my Thompson Morgan orders have been very poor in comparison. I'm not sure how much longer to wait before I submit a PayPal claim, but I certainly won't be using TM again.

Upon looking at the reviews I wish would have reviewed before ordering.I placed an order on 6th April 2020 and have received 3 items,all of which were substandard with the majority dying.I send emails every day asking for a response back asking for an update on the order.I understand about the current situation we are all in but they should not commit to "customer satisfaction" if they are unable to fulfil there promise..I have received 36 minute plants all of which were not on the initial order? I have asked for a response as I want a refund..4 weeks on..still no reply.I must add that I have placed another large order last week with another Company which was delivered yesterday,all one order,perfect plants and outstanding service 10 days from order to delivery...I will not use this company again and I certainly would not recommend it

Only received half my order payed £20 for a bag off bulbs could buy them a lot cheaper anywhere else this is not the first time I have been ripped off by this company never again say clear

I wish I had seen this site before I placed an order! Due to Corona virus my usual garden centre is closed so, I thought T& M were a reputable company and ordered 28 plants. 8 plugs eventually arrived, they were dried out and battered, 6 were fit to use, a week later 8 more arrived but I should have received 20. I photographed them and emailed T & M. I did get a reply to say they would correct the order. , 3 weeks later I received 12 more today. They are in a terrible state very and bashed. In total out of 28 plugs I will be lucky to revive 12. If they are going to do, mail order then they should ensure their packaging is good and the plants well watered before dispatching. The stupid thing is I get an email,from them daily asking me to buy more plants even though I have unsubscribe three times! No I will not order again

Since writing my review below I have now contacting my credit card company who have reimbursed me the full amount of £111.80 . I will now be contacting trading Standards to lodge a complaint against this company.

Ordered tomato and cucumber plants ,received an email saying plants dispatched on 16th April they arrived yesterday ,14days later.Plants arrived shrivelled and dead.Waiting for a refund , wouldn’t order again from this company.

Do not use this company. I am still waiting for plants and was told 12 days ago they were being despatched. Remembered that I had ordered a few years ago and the service was dire then. Wish I had remembered this time. They never answer their phone.

Ordered some tomato seeds over a month ago order number W9872675 still haven't arrived. emailed customer service no reply. Tracking app says busy try later, tried at about six o'clock on Sunday morning, same message, don't believe it's really working. Tried 'phoning customer service recorded message said that they were busy doing something else. Seeds will now arrive - if ever - too late to grow a successful crop. Can you please advise about claiming the refund you mention above. Yours etc N Creenan
