“Their prices are ok but, they always ship the wrong product. When you try to reach customer service, they don't answer their phone nor their emails. They aren't there to ship you great product, they are there to take your great hard earned money and don't care about you.”

“I signed up as a first time customer to receive 15% off that they offer. They offer it but don't give it - Emailed 3 times with no response. I gave up, won't order from them anymore. I just unsubscribed them.”

“An order did not make it to me due to a Postal Service error. I've called and emailed customer service 6 times now and no response and no credit back on my account. I understand the Coronavirus is impacting everything, but come on, almost a month now and no response from them. Time to get the Florida Attorney General consumer protection people involved. Too bad it came to this. I had no problem until now and they are as bad as the other reviews state. Get my money back and take my business elsewhere.”

“My father-in-law placed an order last April, 2019, sent a cashiers check, which was cashed, but never received his order. Tried calling their customer service line for a month or more, but they never answered. Several emails sent, but no response. Do not trust them.”

“This is a comment on my present order TC002141958 of partagas icon. I enjoy the cigars but this order was place on May 30th, shipping label for USPS produced on May 31st, Money taken from my PayPal account May 31st. There was NO movement on my order for 5 working days. There have been only 3 updates since my order was shipped. USPS still does not have my order. Awaiting order in Morrow, GA for 4 days. I could walk to PA in four days. Customer service in no help...Called them and all they could tell me was my shipping tracking number has not been updated after four days. Told me may take 5-10 working days for shipping. 10 working days are up and USPS still waiting on order. This is unacceptable service COVID 19 or not. Get your act together. I will be reversing my PayPal charges if not received by Monday June 15th. You need to have Customer Service open for at least part of the weekend.”

“I'm Sorry to say that I purchased 15 cigars on my last order. Luckily that's all I purchased. My cigars were so dry that they started coming apart when I tried to smoke them. Just terrible. I have purchased the same cigars at a local cigar shop with a decent humidifier. The taste was so much better.”

“This must be an out of garage ran business with a nice catalog, I doubt they have in stock what it is in the catalog. Also uses fish bait methods of sales...ALL good deals are always on backorder, because they DO NOT EXIST !! Placed my order when 3 items was said in stock, 5 days later nothing happen, go check the order now everything is on backorder (they probably take orders and THEN will source the items with distributors, they buy with your money). Sent 3 emails, none replied, called 4 times to wait up to 15 minutes and no one pick up the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THOMPSON CIGAR !!!...you are Welcome!”

“Received my cigars without any humidification. Never experienced cigars being sent without humidification. I will not order from them again. Needless to say they were dry. I plan on avoiding this company in the future. Not worth saving a couple bucks for a dry cigar.”

“Because of the convenience and pricing I ordered many, many times from Thompsom and their affiliate, Cigar International. It’s unbelievable how dismissive they are to customers who have a problem. They won’t acknowledge that they sent overly dry cigars that burn unevenly and they treat me like I don’t know how humidors work. If they don’t value my patronage, time to move on. Their customer service policy appears to be “ignore problems and send them a catalog”.”

“never sent me the complete package i bought, never came the cigars in the order and when i write them a claim for it never answered me by email and only answered the customer service phone to say that somebody will call me back, i was waiting for the call back for 15 days ! and nothing .”

“Absolutely the worst customer service and slowest shipping...HORRIBLE! Try and call them and see how long before you get a person...and don't blame it on the pandemic, it was terrible before. Order placed 1 week ago and still not shipped? To cancel you have to wait 2-weeks for the cigars to finally arrive and then send them back? This place is a joke! WILL NOT USE AGAIN!”

“To be honest I've been a Thompson cigar customer for about 3 years and never have I ever experience no foreign people representatives. Shipping is reasonable takes about a week or less and I live in California. Thompsons, cigar daily, and zeal cigars are my go to online cigar shops.”

“I can’t start to explain how terrible this company is.It wouldn’t recognize what customer service is if it punched them in their dishonest,lying,face.Read the reviews and stop supporting this company that cares not one bit about you.And if you are naive enough to order from them after reading the reviews then hold on for the most unbelievable disappointment of your cigar buying life”

“first the phone system is horrible a year ago they said it would be repaired. I ordered 4 bundles of cigars, the rep said if I order 1 more bundle I would get a 10 dollar coupon. What he did not say was the coupon Expired 2 weeks after I got 100 cigars. I am sure I won't run out in 2 weeks. Horrible sales tactic. Only 1 of along list of complaints i have so after using them for over 25 years its about time to stop doing business with them.”

“Site will show items in stock. Once you order, you get an "out of stock" notice. Cancelling is nearly impossible as employees don't answer the customer service line or reply to emails. When products are in stock, shipping can take a week or longer. I quit ordering from them and went with Famous Smoke Shop. I get much better service there.”

“Well, I guess I’ll pile on! I’ve been a customer for several years, sporadically. I ordered from the website, 5 packs all listed as available last Wednesday. As of cob today the status is still “processing “. Today I was told the cigars will be delivered within 5-10 business days from today! I’m guessing that they are subbing for another tobacco company making more than they normally do. I’m giving them until Thursday to get it shipped or I’ll cancel order.”
