“Very impressed with the service I have received and takes a lot of fuss and aggro of what goes with what and how to dress. Answer a few questions, put in the price range of what your prepared to spend.
Theres a section to select, anything specific your intrested in getting as well, so they do all the browsing and selecting for you and its a case of see it, like it, click it, buy it.
Returns can't be easier and simplier, put it back in the box and return it to one of the local collections stores [usually a local newsagents]

“Positives; Overall very positive - I've spent more on clothes this year than in recent memory and I've been happy with all items purchAsed. Love the overall look suggestions so you can see how the whole outfit comes together - this and the fact the suggestions are tailored for me so I've not got loads of choice, is the key for me. Clothes great quality and good range of price points. Personal emails have been brilliant in response to specific queries. Returns process easy and quick.
Improvements; sometimes the "wear it like this" doesn't bear any relation to the items in question. I actually want to see that item. Also would be good to lock out certain items that I already have in my wardrobe (or at least for you to recognise I've got them once I've told you once). Similarly if I've said I don't like to something repeatedly, then seems a waste of your outfit selection to keep suggesting them?”

I sometimes get a little frustrated with how some items are out of stock even when the items are proposed on your weekly updates and how some items are repeatedly recomended on the same update. I may be wrong but it looks like you have drives on certain items which are pushed to increase sales on them. “The service is generally very good. Returns are easy to do if needs be. The system of sending outfit ideas is good and helps when deciding what to buy. My only criticism is that when you say you don't like something, you still get outfit recommendations that include items you don't like.

“I like the recommendations from Thread. I can quickly review everything I receive and say why I don't like it in a couple of clicks. When I received my items they are nicely wrapped and sent in a nice box. Everything arrives as it's been folded in the past 10 minutes. Whenever I tried something and I realised I didn't won't it, I sent it back with the same box and I got reimbursed in a few days. Easy and effortless.”

“Photos of the outfits need to be better. What's the point in having an outfit with, 'this is how it's worn' and posting a photo of a guys sleeve, or his left foot, or a guy dressed in totally different clothes/colours.
Also a better range of clothes maybe? If I don't like a top one week, next week I probably still won't want it.”
