“Not happy at all. The picture does not look like the one that I sent (THE CAT's LEFT EAR IS INCORRECT) I had added notes regarding the cat's left ear being 'clipped' and I needed it to match the picture in this regard. My notes was ignored. THEN, I sent and email to you folks 2-3 weeks ago about this and received NO RESPONSE. There is no phone number to reach you, either. Now it is too late to correct it and send me an accurate order that matches the photo as I need it by Christmas. Your Customer Service is unacceptable. I am extremely dissapointed.”

“Colors were off on our blanket. Instead of white, it came out blue. Blanket quality is nice though but color proofing and printing should be improved.”

“I was very disappointed in my pup socks, unfortunately! The quality of the faces of my dogs was poor, and the choice of shape they used for the pictures was not good either. Also, the quality of the socks was below what I had anticipated. I will not be ordering from pup socks again.”

“Socks were cute, images are wonderful but the fabric is awful. Be prepared these do not feel like comfy knit socks, more like polyester tubes with a thick coat of paint on them.”

“Ordered these as gifts for Christmas. The socks resemble the old school tube socks and the material is very thin. I guess I wasn't really expecting athletic quality socks but at least make them the shape of the foot for a better fit. Actually, the picture advertised on their website shows to be shaped with a heel. Shipping was fast and the print looks good so I'll give them that.”

“I bought 4 ornaments and 2 pairs of socks. One of the ornaments is severly misaligned. The dog's face isn't centered and the bottom ribbon that says"GOOD BOY" is cut off at the bottom only showing half. Secondly, the dog's head looks dark / gray & almost like someone spilled water on a photo (the only way I know how to explain it because the dog is white) Thirdly, I added a second dog's head which the could have cropped better. Lastly, the quality of the products I received for the amount of money I paid $85 for 2 pairs of socks and 4 ornaments is extremely poor. At least look at the product before you send it out.”

“Worst experience ever! I kept getting kicked off at the checkout, after three tries it finally went through. Unfortunately, I also got charged 3 times. There is no customer service to call, only email and they don't get back to you for days (there's a four hour window to cancel any purchases but how can you do that when there's no one who gets back to you?). So now I'm trying to get a refund for the two extra changes that went through of over $50 each. Not having any luck. I continue to email. I get the same copied & pasted bs response. Very dissatisfied, very disappointed.”
