“Screwed up the order twice exactly the same way by misprint. Eventually I just requested a refund since they had multiple chances to get it right. Refunded my money AFTER Christmas”

“I ordered for the first time this year, and never received what I thought I had ordered. I ordered a Christmas theme gingerbread man background and received a white plain background. Pupsocks resent me an order, but again the plain white background.”

“Poor quality product and ZERO customer service. I ordered two pairs of socks. The Dog Dad socks were VERY faded. Both sets of socks (Dog Dad and Dog Mom) were supposed to be the same color and are a gift for a husband and wife, but it is really obvious that the Dad socks are faded (like the machine was running out of ink when they were made) and the Mom socks were a bright blue. That said, neither pair of socks was comfortable to wear. I tried to email the company to fix the situation, but the email address would not allow in-coming mail... very convenient. This is a SCAM !!! Do NOT buy !”

“Ordered kid-sized socks. Fulfillment took weeks, with no updates provided. Socks arrived and are huge. Graphic is low quality. Not worth the price at all. Won’t be ordering again.”

“I ordered a pair of socks and selected the option to have three dogs on them. I received them with just one instead of all three. Additionally, there was little in the way of tracking offered on the products I ordered. I ordered them and three weeks later they randomly showed up at my door. In today’s age, most online businesses show you what’s going on every step of the way. The blanket I ordered was very nice though and seems to be pretty high quality.”

“The item was great. The photos that I uploaded to be used looked great. I would give 5 stars except for the delivery and tracking methods used. UPS tracking UP UNTIL it was handed to the USPS. That is when you lose all tracking and information UNTIL you look at the tracking to see that it HAS been delivered. I had to order TWO of these because the first one never arrived and when I realized it had been 3 weeks, I looked at the tracking. Had to register with the USPS to see that tracking and said it was "left at the front door on 28-Nov." I was home the entire day, and it was never delivered. SO, I ordered a 2nd one and hoped it would be delivered by Christmas. It was NOT. UPS delivered it to the USPS on 12/22/22 and it arrived on 12/29/22. A week of it sitting somewhere in the USPS system. Recommendation - INFORM or OFFER Delivery options. I will NEVER order when I know the delivery method includes the USPS. OTHERWISE - the product was great!”

“They never arrived. I have tried to contact Pupsocks and they just say that they were sent to me. I tried filing a claim with ups and they say I'm not in their system. I tried contact USPS and they said they never got it. I tried contacting Pupsocks again with no response. Now I filed a claim with PayPal and I'm waiting for Pupsocks to respond to that.”
