“I love this company and the style they carry is unlike anything I've ever found and is just want I’ve been looking for! I love that they run lots of sales, do a half off outfit of the week, are consistent with the style of clothes they carry “comfy stylish boho”!
Somethings I wish were different is they charge a restocking fee so you don’t get all your money back when returning an item so it makes me more hesitant to purchase something I don’t know will fit or look good. Also on their website I can’t reach the account button it won’t scroll down..strange. I would also love to see a favorites button that would house clothes I want to get but aren’t currently in my size. They also don’t seem to restock supper often because I’ve been following since July and it’s now September and non of the items I’ve signed up for have gotten restocked. These are the reasons I’m giving 4 stars.”

“Items are cute but not the best customer service. Charging $10 shipping then another $8 bc an item (jacket with useless hood) doesn’t work is not a business I can afford. Potentially losing $20 every time a purchase doesn’t work, doesn’t work for me. This is why unfortunately companies who allow free returns are getting returning customers. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again bc this is an online only company and it’s harder to know if all parts of an item are functionable. In this case, the parka hood was not even comparable in quality to the rest of the jacket. Esp for issues like this, a customer should get their money fully back.”

Three Bird Nest is a smaller business and while we try our best to reduce the cost and impact on our customers, our returns ultimately result in $7.95 fee deducted from the overall refund as well as the initial shipping cost being non-refundable.

“Today, I was really disappointed in this company. I absolutely love shopping here and I have never had an issue. I felt like they took care of their customers. A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase that included a stunning sweater. It is so comfortable and it just goes with everything. After about two weeks of owning it, and wearing it a handful of times (mainly using it to warm up in class- so just sitting there..), the threading on both pockets unraveled. After this happened I reached out and asked if I could exchange it for another one and was told, "We kindly ask that all customers report all damaged, missing or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery." My order was literally delivered 2 weeks ago. When I explained that if it had arrived that way I would have reported it, (but this is from the quality of the threading), I was told they were sorry and could report it to the "quality" team, but nothing more since it was out of the three-day window.
Look, these clothes are not exactly cheap and I am fully aware that I am the one spending my money on them, however, I do expect the quality to represent what I am paying for. This isn't it.”

“I was leary about ordering from here because I'm bigger. The xl is actually loose on me in some clothes and the l fits great. The clothing material is thick and soft, not thin and itchy like a lot of online clothing. I will continue shopping from here”

“First of all, I LOVE Three Bird Nest clothing and have ordered from the company several times. In the last order I placed, one of the skirts I received was way too long. I messaged the company about exchanging or returning and NEVER received any sort of response from them. I ended up washing the skirt and was able to shrink it enough in the dryer to make it work. The lack of response will make me double-think or triple-think any future orders. The only thing this company is lacking is customer service. Other than that I would recommend them.”
