“Ordering from Three Bird Nest was easy. Trying to decide from all of the uniquely cool pieces?...That was hard!
My order came undamaged, with all of the correct items and sizes. Not everything fit quite as expected, but I hit the jackpot on a few of my items.
(go for those rompers ladies!) The sizing charts were helpful, but I base my decision mostly off of actual measurements & reviews.
It's tricky shopping on line. I do wish 3bn would reconsider their return policy. I feel that most of their items are somewhat overpriced. Paying double shipping to return a purchase made based off of a guess? That just makes me hold back on ordering until I can actually try an item on, or it goes on sale.
Overall, my experience shopping here has been positive and I'll continue to recommend and support Three Bird Nest.”
“Styles are cute, and I have ordered many things over the past year or so. Customer service is good. I do, however, have suggestions for improvement:
1. The shipping rate is outrageous, and can't be waived for less than $150, which is FAR more than similar shops charge. It means I don't buy much that requires a shipping charge unless it's a 40% off sale or an outfit of the week.
2. The quality is hit or miss. Some stuff is great and durable, others paper thin or constructed badly. Their buyers need to look at more than how cute it is.
3. Some petite choices would be great. Otherwise, anything that isn't cropped is 5-6" too long.
4. Some diversity in models-in size, race and age-would be appreciated. Tall blonds look good in everything and don't give you a good idea of how it might fit on a non-model.
5. Some things are vastly overpriced for what they are.”
“I love this top. I tried it on when I got it and it's so cute. However, I gently washed it (as I wash all my clothes when I first get them) and some parts of the lace and other material have turned a yellowish color. I came back online to look at the pictures. The green dye has definitely turned a yellowish tint in some places after washing. I don't love the color now, but I still think the top is so cute.”

“This was my first time ordering TBN. Although I saw lots of items I really wanted to order I only ordered one item because I hate returning! I've been disappointed in the past with other online companies were the item does not look like the picture, sizing not being accurate, or not great quality. None of this was an issue with TBN. I'm really happy with the pants order. My test order is a success so I am excited to order lots more of the cute boho styles available.”

“I love the quality and the look of most of the products. I do think that shipping should be free on any order since we pay such prices. I order from several companies that give free shipping on all orders. So after you add shipping and taxes it is pricey compared to the other ones that give free shipping on ALL orders. I love shopping online but I do try to keep it reasonable and if shipping causes it to be too high, I look elsewhere for something similar.”
