I had all the conversations with the sales team person named Ayush Sandaliya. Till the time whole amount was not transfered, the treatment I was gettimg from him was likr A class. Once the payment was done, I was ghosted like anything. There was a specific requitement from my end regarding the ferry seat class selection which was promised by Ayush and as per that payment was made by me but the same was not followed and there was no resolution done by him for this and till now he is not picking my call. Is this how you treat your customers once you get the paymnet.

“Singapore is a dream destination for every tourist. We (2 families of 8 members) decided to plan a trip to Singapore. We looked for a good travel partner who can help with all travel arrangements and ended up choosing Thrillophilia.
Since booking via a travel agent for a trip outside India was a first time experience for us, we were very skeptical and hesitant at each step. Team Thrillophilia, (Saloni, Devansh, Piyush) were very helpful at each step.
They helped us to choose the best package within our budgets, while ensuring to include all key attractions such as Gardens by the bay, Night Safari, Universal Studios, City tour, Madame-tussauds-singapore-5-1-experience.
The package was well coordinated by the local tour operators who provided private cabs sharp on time. All the drivers (captain as they call) were very nice and had very positive attitude (Anwar, Choo, Jackson).
We had quite sufficient leisure time to enjoy the beauty of Singapore at our own pace.
The hotel booked for the trip was also excellent (Furama Riverfront) which provided very good complimentary breakfast.
