I purchased $400 worth of tickets on 06/05/21 for an event scheduled 04/16/22. It was not until after Ticketmaster collected the money for my MOBILE tickets, which do not require printing, mailing, etc., that I got a notice that my mobile tickets would not be available in my account for more than 10 months - just a few days prior to the actual event. This is clearly intended so that any resales basically have to go through their own reselling site, so that they get to collect yet more fees for tickets. I purchased tickets, and do not have them. I was not provided warning that I would not actually be given tickets for 10 months, and that if I wanted to resell them it would have to be through their own site, prior to purchase. I would not have purchased them, had I known. This is a mobile ticket, after all...there is no other reason they should not be made immediately available. Ticketmaster has a very, very, very long history of continual immoral, unscrupulous, and illegal business practices, screwing both the performer and the customer at every turn, which is why both performers and customers hate having to deal with them. And this is yet another in that long line of Ticketmaster frauds and scams.

Would gibe 0 stars if possible. Friend charged 4 tickets on his Amex. 2 were for him and his wife, 2 were for me and my wife. We were not able to attend since my wife contracted Covid. Contacted them a number of tines through their site--ignored after getting auto response that they would contact me. 2 days after event, finally contacted via e mail saying tickets not subject to refund since they were transferred from an outside vendor. NOT TRUE! Only their excuse to not give refund. Disgusting customer service, as well as lying to customers.

They emailed me two days before the venue to tell me that I wouldn't be allowed entry without a vaccine passport. Then they refused to refund me.

TICKETMASTER IS A RIP OFF!!! Call the venue first. Bought tickets and supposedly were the last two tickets. After getting to the concert, found there were plenty of seats left. We were charged 3 time's the price, seat's were a row off from the map they showed (putting us to where our back's were to the stage) and then the Ticketmaster app kept closing on the day of the show. Was a pain in the butt to access our tickets. Talked to the people next to us just to find the similar situation. They paid four times the price for their tickets. We came to the conclusion that Ticketmaster makes you think that you purchased the last tickets so as to charge you a higher price. Making you believe that you were lucky to get them. Don't know how they get away with this but they obviously do. AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE!!!

ordered through gametime, they was great but they go through ticket master to download NBA tickets on your phone for event, ticketmaster keeps saying I'm off line and wont answer the phone due to high calls,,,,,,cant call, cant go online, worried I wont see my game even though I have a receipt showing I paid for seats. Dont know how to change it to mail me my tickets instead.........I was so excited to suprise my son but now I'm worried I just wasted my time and a lot of money to see an NBA game we have been saving all year to see!!!!! Help, why is this so difficult and why does ticket master have so many issues? Just mail people their tickets when they are paid for, no need to jump through hoops.

They allow anyone to purchase the consistently contradict what is in writing. They allow people to buy and resale tickets at skyrocket prices, they have horrible customer service. They don’t know how to handle business and have no idea how to handle big concerts.

Bought tickets through Stubhub for Alan Jackson concert which is eventually scheduled for 10/8. Had to sell my tickets as we are from the UK and not allowed to enter US because of Covid. Unable to access US Ticketmaster, UK Ticketmaster did not want to know. Cannot understand how they could sell me the tickets and then not allow me to access my account. Its been very stressful trying to get it sorted - Absolute worst company I have dealt with. I would give it minus 5* if I could

Can't get a customer service number you can't get somebody on the phone if you do get a customer service number I bought tickets for a show in Las Vegas during the pandemic and they told us not to fly to Vegas because of the pandemic because Vegas was number two in the country for people getting the covid-19 virus and I tried to call up and cancel my tickets and they told me I can't cancel my tickets I lost $365 there a piece of s*** company don't buy tickets from them go to Vivid or Las vegas.com Ticketmaster sucks dick

Bought tickets online through Vivid only to find out that the tickets have to be transferred from Ticketmaster. When I go to accept the tickets, it says I need to reset my password. They send a code via email, but in order to see the code, you have to back out of Ticketmaster's site. When you go back to the site, the code doesn't work because they resend the code. When you try to call, they don't have staff to answer the phone. This is a pathetic excuse for a company. You would think they would have the technology figured out, making it easier for customers to receive their tickets. I still don't have my tickets. What a joke.

The worst customer service ever. When I bought ticket for event it wasnt highlighted properly that it was kids/teen ticket so I contacted customer service and they told me I should buy a new one and they will do refund of original booking so I did. Nobody get back to for more than weeks and now they are claiming that they cannot do a refund this is absolutely ridiculous. They are coming up with so many different excuses like I didnt contact them on time even though I did contact them same day, they refused to resale my ticket apparently it was too close to event, then promised refund via email and now saying its against their policy

I will never use Ticketmaster again! Over the past year and a half all they have had to do is issue tickets or refunds I have had major problems with both. The last show I had was Tuesday night and on Monday it still said my order was in process. My tickets were not even available to me until Tuesday morning the day of the show talked about unneeded stress when I paid for them over a year ago

Terrible!!! On $120 tickets they charged me a roughly $30 fee.... I bought a few and now some of my friends can't go... so I went to sell them online they indicate they'll take roughly $30 from my proceeds if they sell (ticket prices have dropped significantly since presale)... I listed them anyway and was grumpy about it. NOW I look on the site and I see they're for sale at the price I offered PLUS fees. So they'll take $30 from the price I listed AND charge the buyer a THIRD $30 fee.... Freakin' $90 in service fees to buy and resell on $120 tickets. Absolutely criminal.

Three days ago, I bought 4 tickets for the Rolling Stones concert in LA on October 17th. Total cost = $2100 which includes a $400 service charge for the 4 tickets, or $100 service charge per ticket—but that’s only my secondary complaint! After purchase, tickets arrive via text and suddenly, there is a notice that we spent $2100 for an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! WTF? Are you kidding me??? Talk about bait & switch! Talk about fraud & misrepresentation!! I immediately started calling TicketMaster &, in a nutshell, here’s what they said was the ONLY solution: The TM agents want me to go to the Apple Store and buy a $2100 gift card; call them back; and the agents can the exchange our tickets using the Apple card! WTF? Is this a joke? Since the tickets are already paid for—and, admittedly, they can exchange the tickets, then why must I go to the Apple store and buy a $2100 gift card? This morning, another TM agent called me to ask if I got the Apple gift card. I said, no, I can’t do the Apple gift card until they refund my money! Agent replies: it will take 7-10 days to get a refund! WTF??? Ticketmaster has intentionally defrauded me & mine. This is beyond outrageous! $2100 for 4 obstructed view seats without warning?? As I told the last agent who called, I am an attorney and i will file a lawsuit against TM on Monday morning. There is no way I am going to let this slide. All I want is an even exchange for decent seats…& without gift card!

Don't buy customer service awful. Changed my tickets to e tickets after paying for postage. Couldn't go to event & couldn't sell e tickets as on my phone.

I'm from Canada I'm from Canada, i bought for 3000$ canadien for US Open, covid-19 rules changed and now we can't go but I can't get a refund !!! Very awful service, i never get a human to talk to!! Refund my money!! I'm gonna make a stink cause that was my whole savings for my dream experience. But travel company stopped all trips to NY cause of needs for private clinic covid-19 tests that cost too much.

Who agrees #ticketmaster is the worst customer service of any major company in the world? $75 service fee on 2 3days passes -- and over 7 weeks of trying I still haven't been able to connect with a live person. they have elimnated all support, and still expect fans to pay exorbitant fees, and they get away with it because they are a monopoly How much PPP did you losers get to fire your staff anyways? #F___ticketmaster

I would have given them zero stars, if the option existed. I had purchased 4 tickets for a basketball playoff game at the Statefarm Arena, Atlanta. I had to sell 2 tickets since my wife and my younger son had to drop out due to health reasons and therefore I listed those tickets on TicketMaster the afternoon of the game. When we went to the stadium we saw the 2 seats next to ours was occupied, when I contacted TicketMaster they mentioned that the ticket listing had expired and they had not sold the tickets and therefore they could not pay me for the tickets. The game was a basketball playoff game and the stadium was packed. There was no way anyone could have occupied or come to the stadium without a valid ticket purchase. Ticketmaster follows unethical business practices and cheat many. I am surprised that even though many have complained and given bad reviews, they still are in business and get exclusive rights to sell tickets for concerts, games, etc. I never want to deal with this horrible unethical company.
