I sold my tickets on ticketmaster I am informed that bank transfer has been made but no sign of payment ? No suitable response from Ticketmaster. Lots of money to lose. First and last time!!!

I'm complaining about how hard it was to accept a ticket to an event my friend bought on my behalf. Ticketmaster would not let me accept the ticket, as when I opened my email it said there was suspicious behaviour, and I would need to change my WiFi (which I did) or move to a different location etc. I then had to use two different browsers on my phone which still didn't work because the same error message came up. So I tried it on my laptop which also didn't work. I downloaded the lastest app last week and deleted the old one but I still couldn't access my ticket. I changed my password because I still could not access my ticket. Why do they have to make things so difficult? After a lot of stress and swearing I did manage it. Why did this happen and will it happen every time I accept a ticket from a friend? I hate that they have such a monopoly on concerts, how they have artificially pushed the prices up, their surge pricing, their lack of ability to defeat touts, and pretty much everything about them. If there is an option I always use an alternative to Ticketmaster. I hope the government finally take action against this cartel.

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased 2 tickets and can't log in to claim them without browser error message. I'll NEVER ORDER OFF ONLINE EVER AGAIN WITH TICKETMASTER AND THEIR 3RD PARTY!!!

Ordered 2 tickets. Received them. Checked to see if still valid. I couldnt access my account because my password has been changed without my knowledge. I requested a new one. Got 4 replies. Was sent 4 words but they were 6 characters instead of 4. Sent 4 emails no answer. They said they would reply in 48 hours. No dice. Get off your butts and do something. The concert is a month away. I paid good money and I expect good service get on with it man!!!!

Was unable to accept tickets that I purchased. Kept getting error messages when trying to accept the transfer. Waited on hold for hours and never got a response. Was completely scammed.

Trying to get oasis ticket what a farce got into queue then kicked out sent to the back. Then prices are so inflated that ticket master need to be taken to task regarding inflating prices as they are in demand. The government need to look into the systems an rectify things so this debacle doesn't happen again. If I could give this a 0 stars I would have.

Well done Ticketmaster for clamping down on ticket touts ripping off fans by cutting out the middle man and doing it yourselves. Adding over £200 per ticket, knowing you can legally get away with it but not thinking about if you should morally do it just shows you don't care about the fans being ripped off at all. I'm one of the many who queued for over 6 hours and through no fault of my own paid over £700 for 2 tickets which should have only been just over £300. I'm reluctantly giving 1 star as giving 0 isn't an option.

Waited in the queue for 7 hours for Oasis tickets, then got kicked out right at the end with the message 'AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED - THE SITE IS NOT REACHABLE AT THE MOMENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENTS'. Absolute joke and totally gutted. ZERO STARS!!!

I understand that there would be demand but honestly in this day and age you would have thought you could buy oasis tix without everything crashing, especially through the accessibility line (which as a person with a disability is esp frustrating as you still have to call Wembley directly) Surely Wembley and ticket master can you better so so frustrating

They were always a terrible company for ripping off customers and it all being about "them" but the new "you must use our app or have internet on your phone to manage your tickets" just stinks and is likely to lead to many people being unable to go to gigs or who pay and then can't get in (which Ticketmaster won't give a damn about as they have their cash). It stinks. But is about what I expect from Ticketmaster. I now try ANY ticket vendor to avoid them, and don't go to the gig if I can't.

Do not buy tickets with this company. Everything in the reviews is true. Impossible to have access to your tickets and there is no assistant. When you contact them they tell you it is your problem and fix it. Do not waste your money, time, and energy with this company. It is Horrible.

terrible company, has a world wide monopoly and so you have to use it but the app won't even down load to my phone as it tells me I'm in the wrong country??! Got a new phone, same problem, tried to delete my account to start over again, wouldn't let me. Customer service says ' we don't know' and can't help.

Such a complicated way to buy tickets plus so many fees. I choose (foolishly) to buy the missed event insurance. I went to claim my refund but can't get a refund cause I don't have documentation that my friends sitter has changed her mind about caring for her disabled Son. All I wanted was to give my friend of a severely disabled child a bit happiness and I feel like I have been scammed. Lost so much money. Stay away from them.

Just know that any review for Ticketmaster that isn't 1 star is a robot. Probably the same robots who Ticketmaster allows to buy out every event and then sell the tickets for triple the price. They consistently drop the ball, have made no effort in changing their system so real HUMANS can buy the tickets. Such a disappointment for the music industry.

I entered my credit card information three times and it says that I have to enter again but it also has my information saved. Then it times me out and I start over.

I have never seen such a complicated system to buy a ticket. This presumes everyone has a mobile which is connected to the internet. What if you choose not to read emails on the phone? There is no phone number for assistance. Appalling site. I will never book a ticket by this method.

Unhelpful company I have an account I have used for years. Not signed in for awhile so I attempted to sign back in creating a new password. It asked for a verification code via my mobile which I entered correctly and everytime I refreshed page and entered the number it didn't send the code. I emailed customer support as stupidly there isn't a number for the UK in which they told me my number isn't on the Acc. They gave me a code to sign in only for it to ask for my password reset. This isn't what I needed but did it anyways. I decided to created a new account under a different email. This doesn't work either. I contacted ticketmaster on twitter (X) but they told me to email. Then I got frustrated and demanded they deactivate my account in which they said they can't and it has to be me that does it. So now i can't retrieve my tickets and I have wasted my time and my issue is still remained unfixed. I WILL NOT be using this ticket service again...ever. they didn't think ahead when they changed the security authentication as you log in. Completely unhelpful. I have been a customer of this company for years and never experienced anything Like it.

Ticketmaster is a horrendous monopoly. They buy up tickets to popular events then resell them as so called 'premium tickets' at a huge mark up. They refuse to give paper tickets and will only allow the tickets to be displayed via a phone - my phone doesn't have enough free space to download apps. Then if you need to resell tickets they will let you sell for the price you bought them and then they'll resell them with a huge markup. Why isn't this company investigated for their illegal and unfair practices.
