This is after being passed from department to department without even getting to explain or even hardly talk to a human to explain what issue I was having ( my number on the account is a landline (as I have two accounts) which can’t receive messages for verification code, I have access to emails and could answer the landline but no one seems to be able to help.
I will be closing my account when I finally get access to it.
I would avoid setting up accounts with this company as it’s not the first issue and the fact you can’t even call especially in an emergency. A support line is necessarily when it’s not a branch bank you can just walk into to get help when needed to access your own funds .”
