“Cecelia was extremely fast, warm and efficient when dealing with one of our customer's order, which came with one part broken and she will be shipping that part for that school and some spare ones for us, as it's a 3D printed fan guard that is quite weak and may break easily (we already have one at iMakr like that) Cecelia is just what I try to be and what I expect from colleagues or partners...
