“I shopped and shopped for the right tile for my 1923 craftsman kitchen renovation. It needed to be beautiful, budget-friendly, that looks updated but also period appropriate in a 100 y/o house. This tile nailed it. It also had to play happy with a decorative inset from a craftsman tile specialty company I had my heart set on. I could not be happier with the result of the pairing.
The only issue I had with the order was the flat-rate shipping, hence 4 stars instead of 5. If I had left myself more time between order and needing the tile, I might have gone with something else. On the other side, I am so glad I stuck it despite the shipping.
I would say, though, that customer support was very responsive, which would add back a half-star if that were an option! They replaced a few broken tiles quickly, and they worked with me on shipping for a small order to cover a measuring error.”
“Ordered a tile sample and never received it… which doesn’t surprise me with the insane cost of the actual tile once I went into pricing on your site it’s prob for the best since the amount I need is going to be over $5000”
