“Ordering was convenient and easy. The end result of our project is quite beautiful, but not without challenges. The herringbone peel and stick tile that we chose Was quite challenging to match. A 1 mm error in alignment was visually quite obvious. But we prevailed!
I would raise a question about product description: the sheets were listed as one square foot but were probably easily 20% less than that. We purposely over ordered by a large margin and ended up short. Luckily, there were literally six squares left in the warehouse, not to be re-ordered, which we were able to obtain to finish our project. So all is well it ends well, but they sure aren't one square foot each and pretty pricey for plastic tile.”

I found no sign of chips or cracks, though since it was so well palletized we haven't opened the packaging as of yet. Tile Club shipped these large tiles standing on the long edge with well-planned support to protect it and prevent it from falling over. I could not see or hear any sign of damage.”

My one grievance- the way in which the tile had been “packaged” was concerning, to say the least. Even the delivery driver (3rd party, unaffiliated with tile club) was quite concerned that the tile would be broken and assisted me in unpacking and inspecting it upon delivery. I wish I’d taken better photos of the “packing job,” but I’ll do my best to describe it. We ordered just six boxes of tile. Some boxes appeared to have been laid flat on the pallet. Other boxes were propped-up against an EMPTY box, and the entire pallet was shrink wrapped. Being that these are extremely heavy 24” tiles, the empty box used in packaging was absolutely crushed by the weight of the tile, so the shrink wrap was completely loose; allowing the tile to move freely in transit. I was VERY pleasantly surprised that everything arrived intact, but I wanted to note this situation for your future orders.”
