“Promptness to me best describes Tile Club. Starting with my original order to the delivery. Prompt. Unfortunately, the bottom box of tiles (2 tiles/box) of the pallet was cracked(tiles were 2’ X 4’) even though the pallet was very well packaged. I sent pics with the email and once again Tile Club very promptly replaced them! Well done Tile Club!

“It was absolutely horrendous! I was set to order tiles for my kitchen backspash, but wanted to check the sample against the rest of the kitchen so I purchased a sample tile. The first sample I received was all dark gray and not the one I ordered. Apparently it was mis-labeled. Contacted Cust. Svc. they sent another sample. The second sample was still not the correct one. Contacted Cust. Svc. they sent a 3rd sample. 3rd one was still not correct. If you can't get a sample order right, I'm not about to give you my money! And, the customer service agent was extremely condescending like I didn't know what I was talking about. Problem is, she wouldn't even look at the pictures to see what I was ordering vs. what I received.”
“When doing a renovation project, it is common to order an item that just doesn't quite fit your design. It happens often. I don't think a simple mistake should result in a $300+ loss due to shipping fees. This happened to me. As a result, I will never order from your company again. In addition, I would never recommend your company and I will let anyone who asks know why.”
