The second shipment tiles did not exactly match those of the first shipment, although it was the same tile and all part of the same order. It is close, and will work as I will use those tiles for the separate backsplash rather than the pan of the shower”

“Website was easy to navigate, and I found the perfect tile to use in a new bathroom in our house. I ordered it and was informed via email that it had shipped a week or so later. However, there was no follow up email to let me know when to expect the dellivery. Two weeks after the first email, after hearing nothing, I contacted customer service. The representative looked up the order, put me on hold, came back on the line and proceeded to tell me that the order had been damaged and was returned to their warehouse. They never notified me of this, nor had they shipped out a replacement.
At that point, I had to replace the order. I was obviously disappointed, explaining to the representative that the tile installer was scheduled and had they informed me of the damaged product, I could have delayed him.
In the end, the next shipment arrived within two weeks of my order and I loved the tile. It has been installed and looks amazing. I only wish I had been notified so that I could have immediately told them to resend it. It was a pretty significant mess-up on their part.”

“Ordered approximately $7,000 worth of high-end backsplash tiles for our new kitchen. We inspected each box of tiles upon arrival via FedEx. There was approximately $1,000 worth of damage to tiles due to inadequate packing and/or the transportation and handling. The tiles were rejected upon arrival and returned. The company made the damage right by re-sending new, better-packed tiles. Their tile product is outstanding and their E-mail communication is very good. We do not like this or any company's restocking fees. Overall, the company stood behind its product.”

“Horrible!!! I ordered two samples. The package arrived. No tiles... wrote a complaint then they only sent one of the two tiles. I then just asked for a refund. Very incompetent company. Why would I want to order a full supply of tiles if they cant even send a sample.”
