“I’m thrilled with our experience. We ordered about 40sq ft of tile and had approx 3-5% breakage on delivery, far less than expected. We had a slight mix-up with an add-on to our order, and the team at Tile Club was quick with their response and resolution, expediting the remainder of our order so we could finish tiling our fireplace over the weekend. The tiles are high quality, cut nicely with a tile saw, and look beautiful. I’m very happy with our order.”
Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you purchased 1 sample of the tile, is that correct? This tile has an intended color variation from piece to piece to give it a handmade look. The depth of pink glaze will vary from tile to tile and it is possible you recieved one that is on the lighter end of the spectrum.
“I found a tile I thought I might like on the tile Club website. I was able to order one tile sample. And when it arrived and my husband and I compared it to all the samples I brought home from the local hardware stores, we decided we liked the tile Club best. I ordered seven boxes of the Mallorca White Tiles. One of those boxes was mostly crushed, I emailed the Club sent them a picture of the broken tiles, and they had a new box sent to me within one day. And we love our tile.”
“Received wrong Color. Ordered Stardust blue and received Denim blue. The difference was obvious. Sent photos and was told the boxes did say denim because they renamed the tile color. I kept it because the installer was scheduled a few days after delivered. I received a 5% discount after requesting compensation.”
“My samples order with Tile Club was easy and they were prompt about sending the beautiful Celeste Spanish Tile samples I ordered. Had a problem with a couple chipped samples and they were very good about replacing them quickly without an extra charge. Thank you Tile club!”
“Very positive ordering experience. I love the tile itself and the quick delivery. My only issue (and why this review is 4 stars instead of 5) is the price of shipping. We only ordered 5 boxes but the shipping was more expensive than the tile itself!!!”
“The last batch of tiles was beautiful, but when I returned several boxes of other tiles that didn't go with my decor, Tile Club drastically shortchanged me on the refund, with no explanation. I've reached out to them 3 times for a correction, but they've ghosted me. NOT acceptable.”
