“The last batch of tiles was beautiful, but when I returned several boxes of other tiles that didn't go with my decor, Tile Club drastically shortchanged me on the refund, with no explanation. I've reached out to them 3 times for a correction, but they've ghosted me. NOT acceptable.”

We're very sorry to hear that was your experience with the cast glass tiles. All of our samples are cut from the full-size tile. Each piece of this product is unique due to the casting process, so the texture does vary from piece to piece, including the cut samples.
As the disclaimer on the product page states, '**Minor chips and imperfections are inherent characteristics of this cast glass tile and are not be considered defects or damages. Swirling marks on the surface are intentional and contribute to the overall design aesthetic.' We do try to be very up front with this information before ordering a sample or full-size tile.

“The tiles I ordered were not the same as the sample that I received. This created a real problem, as 3 of the 4 boxes were identical while the 4th box differed. The sample was uniform, so there was no hint that the tiles needed to be "mixed". In order to fix it so that I had a uniform product, Kim in CS had to authorize a return and then check the new tiles being sent to insure that they'd match the ones that I kept. Ordering was easy and the tiles arrived quickly. I can't speak to why there was an obvious discrepency between the sample provided and the tiles that were purchased.”
