“Ordering and delivery processes were both simple & straightforward. Tile arrived intact and just as pictured. Looks beautiful installed.
My one grievance- the way in which the tile had been “packaged” was concerning, to say the least. Even the delivery driver (3rd party, unaffiliated with tile club) was quite concerned that the tile would be broken and assisted me in unpacking and inspecting it upon delivery. I wish I’d taken better photos of the “packing job,” but I’ll do my best to describe it. We ordered just six boxes of tile. Some boxes appeared to have been laid flat on the pallet. Other boxes were propped-up against an EMPTY box, and the entire pallet was shrink wrapped. Being that these are extremely heavy 24” tiles, the empty box used in packaging was absolutely crushed by the weight of the tile, so the shrink wrap was completely loose; allowing the tile to move freely in transit. I was VERY pleasantly surprised that everything arrived intact, but I wanted to note this situation for your future orders.”
“I had no issues with the order. The tile calculator was accurate. I was worried since I’ve never worked with a herringbone pattern or with glass tiles, and it has been 20 years since I did a backsplash. Plan on tripling the time. If I were to do this again, I would put 45-degree lines on the wall to help. I had to use tile spacers to keep the tile sheet uniform. Overall, I think the backsplash came out okay (photo lighting is not accurate), but it turned out fine.”
“It was a pretty easy experience. They had the tile I liked, I ordered several samples and placed order direct. They matched another competitor price as well. Just be sure to check the quantity needed because they do charge a restocking fee if you need to send something back including shipping. Otherwise, I really love my tile and my new bathroom”
“I looked a LONG time to find just the right tile...thank you for ending my search with you! The quickness of your responses to my 2 orders...the sample and then the tile itself, was refreshing in comparrison to some of my experiences with small companies.”
