Their tile selection is amazing, featuring unique and stunning options not found locally nor elsewhere online. Their pricing is competitive, but the wonderful aspect is free shipping. Their product was delivered via Fed Ex and they were all packed well. Despite a cross country trek, all tiles were delivered unscathed and quickly. What sets them apart is their amazing customer service. We had an issue with some tiles (not due to their fault); the customer service rep was very communicative, understood the issue, worked with us within the 72 window time frame they offer, and ultimately rectified the situation. They went above and beyond for us and we so appreciate it. We will certainly purchase from them again! We have not installed the tile yet but are looking forward to using these beautiful tiles!”
“My penny round tiles showed up many of them chipped on every sheet. I had to rip off so many chipped ones and replace. Took twice as long to do the job. Wasnt impressed at all. I wouldnt order tile from there again”

“For a first time order, I’m happy with them! Tile came in a timely manner and was not damaged! My only negative is the shipping costs. I think it’s excessive for small orders and high for large. I’ll have a difficult time ordering again, especially when the shipping is more than the product! I only ordered this time because I absolutely loved what I purchased. They have a great selection but for a small business like mine, high shipping costs can make or break a deal when trying to stay on budget!”
“The tile arrived unbroken but just barely! The boxes it came in were crushed and the bottom was falling out on one. I was afraid to move them from were FedEx dropped them off. Luckily the tiles were ok.Will send a picture when the project is finished.”
