Our team would like to assist with this - we show that the sample was delivered on 10/17 and FedEx sent a photo of the delivery as confirmation. We'd like to confirm if the review is due to not receiving the sample so that we can find out if it went missing after delivery or the sample itself.
“Great selection and customer service. Shipping, not so great. Vanity arrived from different sites and transport company misidentified it as tile, not a vanity. Consequently I refused the order because my tile has already arrived. Customer service went above expectations and resolved delivery. Love the vanity but it is a lighter color than expected.”
“We loved the selection of hard to find colors for our palette we were seeking. The images presented assisted us greatly in making our choice. We were looking for blue/brown combinations for our steam shower combination. Once ordered, the initial order arrived within days to keep our project on time. We had to order additional sheets and Tile Club matches the batch number of our original order so there was no difference in the tile colors or quality. We had a very good experience wtih Tile Club and will be repeat customers when we continue our remodeling projects at our 2nd home.”
“The tile unfortunately looked nothing like the photo. We paid $400. total for the tile but then had to pay over $200. to ship it back. I would not recommend this company if you think you may return some items. We went with a fantastic local company that we should have used from the beginning.”

Our team looked to see if you had sent photos of the tile that you felt was misrepresented - we always want to review the material you received and see if it does not match what was shown online. It looks like you just initiated the return so we did not have a chance to discuss or try to make it right and are sorry that you are left dissatisfied.

Thus it looked like we could order a partial box. But when it came time to order, we could only order full boxes.
Everything else was fine - prompt delivery, well packed, no damage, good product.”
