PAID FOR 2 BAGS OF DOG FOOD ONLY RECEIVED ONE!!! NO ANSWER TO MY EMAILS TELEPHONE NUMBER JUST RINGS OUT I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY OVER THE YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT SORT OF SERVICE YOU GET UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM- NO CUSTMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

Wasn't sure about ordering my dog food on this site after reading the reviews, I give them a five⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ my order was delivered within 6 days of placing my order, will definitely reorder again, thanks 😊

Terrible company. Take your money. Dont deliver your order. Dont reply to emails and dont answer the phone. Hope I can get my bank to refund me 🤞

Had nothing but problems with this company stay well away from them. When I first ordered they said I’d receive my dogs food in 3-5 working days, this never turned up until a month later. You cannot contact this company they do not reply to emails. They also sent to me a box of mouldy food full of maggots. Disgusting customer service

Ordered and paid, money taken straight out bank. Didnt recieve order confirmation. Delivery is quoted between 3-5 days. A week later heard nothing..emailed with no response. They belong to the PS Petcare group so telephoned them through that website...telephone never picked up. Had to get a refund through Paypal as my order 8 days later had not been despatched.

Absolutely shocking service. As per previous review answers, no replies to emails or telephone calls. They are happy to take your money straight away, but no communication at all. Avoid, avoid. Do not use this company I have now had to order for another reputable Company

Disgusting service 11 days from order to delivery. Veterinary food that is the only thing that my dog can eat, ordered in plenty of time and only scraped through to having a meal to spare. Emailed them twice and no response at all. I will never order from them again and advise anyone that needs anything in a reasonable time frame not to bother

I too like so many of your customers experienced no delivery time, no email reply and no answer to the phone number supplied by another customer. Time for Paws have a retail outlet, GJW Titmus Tel: 01582 833883. I called this number and a member of staff arranged for a return call. I was told my dog food would be dispatched that day and arrive the following day. True to her word it did. She was extremely appologetic and explained that she was having to cope on her own with the orders, emails and phone calls as her colleagues were off ill. I can only thank them both for their help and I hope this contact number may help you resolve your delivery issues too.

If I could give minus stars then I would. I ordered 2 toys on the 3rd June and have received NOTHING. Currently feeling like this is a sham of a company and I have been ripped off. I have emailed them 3 times and had no response. Does anyone have a phone number for them, or even an address so I can pay them a visit in person to share my dissatisfaction?

I'm a happy owner of 3dogs looking to save money. Ordering was easy.OK it's not next day delivery but a little patience worked wonders. I got my order in just over a week and saved nearly£20 on Pets at home prices.

Ordered dog food on June 13th 2022, money taken from my bank account June 14th and no further contact regarding my purchase!!!!!! It’s now been over 2 weeks and nothing, the tracking number given doesn’t work and after sending 3 emails still no reply. Disgusting customer service. I’ve had to go and spend another £32 elsewhere to get my dogs food. Can’t believe theory don’t have a phone number either absolutely terrible!!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs I have ended up having to spend £64 for literally a 12kg bag of food now. Fuming 😡 is an understatement 😡😡

Avoid. This company have gone down hill. No communication. No reply to emails and they do not answer calls. The are part of the Pet Spectrum Group. They also are not bothered. I’m now trying to get a refund through my bank. 01707 927827 is their contact number!

Took my money 12 days ago and have not even started to send out my order yet. They don't have a telephone number (suprise suprise) and they do not reply to my emails even though I have asked for a refund.

Disgraceful service I have emailed to cancel the order due to the delay in delivery called there customer care number many many times again to luck I cancelled the order they delivered eventually but I don't want it now I had to order from another supplier, my advice would be don't use them the are a disgrace

Order came just that they just substitute things not in stock for what they think don’t let you know things not in stock.Emailed but as most reviews state they do not reply .

I use this company only because they are the cheapest in the food I buy 1st order was great no issues 2nd order took almost 2 weeks to arrive and I had to go buy locally which defeated me using them 3rd order I ordered earlier to allow longer delivery time, received dispatch email with tracking number, except there is no tracking number for YODEL so I can’t track it As someone else has said they never answer the phone and take ages to reply to emails Really not the best service from this company at all so be warned

Order did not complete online but took payment on 22nd March, sent 2 emails. Email received 9 days later confirming above & new order now been sent to warehouse for packing. No email order confirmation has been received? Hopefully items will be received very soon.

I will use this company again the price is right , the delivery from ordering to receiving the goods was 9 days after reading a few reviews on here i tried to phone the company but they never answered so i sent an email got a reply within 24 hrs and my goods were delivered as promised
