“Timpson , Sir Isaacs walk ,Colchester ,Essex Fantastic service received this afternoon. Wed.day 14 th Feb ,24 . I Went to have few more holes punched in my waist belt. This was done with welcoming smile and refused to receive any payment. Simply great service .”

“I regularly use Timpson’s at Fox Valley Stocksbridge. Once again I used this branch yesterday to have a key cut. I was served this time by a very pleasant young man called Rilae, currently on his work experience. He was under supervision from the regular employee, and provided me with a new key, accurately cut and no issues. Rilae was eager to please, I have given him feedback personally this morning. I wish him well in his future career. Thank you Rilae 😊”

“Went into timpson Tesco Trowbridge to get replacement watch battery which I had replaced 12 months ago and paid for life time battery replacement but I had lost the ticket but man was brilliant he replaced my battery and said that's ok we believe you. And didn't change for new battery. Top man.”

“I went to Timpson in sainsburys Kidlington with a key emergency after breaking a key to a medication cabinet. George was absolutely amazing and was able to cut me new keys from the broken one. Thank you George you're one in a million, fantastic friendly service.”

“Was in timpson store at Asda Toryglen to get a few pictures printed. Being a woman of a certain age I did not know where to start. The sales guy David was so helpfull and talked me through everything. He had it done in minutes for me. Thankyou David. Excellent customer service.”

“Visited the Timpson in Tesco Ystrad Mynach & the gentleman was so helpful & sorted out the zips on my daughter’s 2 bags whilst I did my shopping. Timpson’s staff are always so accommodating & always prepared to try & sort out any issue”

“I went in to the Bury shop in Tesco and the Dylan the assistant was extremely helpful the.He did a quick repair to one of my boots and said i didn't owe him anything. It was nice to now there are still good people who just don't want to rip you off. Dylan is a credit to the Company.”

“Adam at the Wakefield store really made my day today as I’ve got my wrist watch altered on Saturday by a different person paid a £10. But he never issued me a receipt, but the alteration wasn’t what I expected my fault I must admit. Going back today though to get it altered again Adam was a great help I explained to him what had happened he totally took it well and altered the on a good will gesture with no charges at all he had good customer service skill I will definitely recommend anyone to go Timoson thanks Adam I will see you again.”
