“Fantastic service from the Warrington branches. I use the large Tesco branch (jewellery) and the Birchwood branch (watches) I put in a selection of jewellery (earrings and bracelet) to be repaired. They are sent to another branch, where you will receive a quote. You then decide if you want to go ahead. Excellent prices for repairs in comparison to high street jewellers. Only yesterday l collected my wedding ring which was re-coated, again excellent job great price. The staff are also very knowledgeable in respect of jewellery and watches. I wouldn't consider going to a Jewellers now, as Timpsons offer a fabulous service.”

“Problem with car key remote. Went to Timpson at Tesco Chichester. Scott extremely helpful. He could not have done more to try and sort it out. So pleased to have such good customer service. Very happy customer”

“Visited Timpsons in the Morrison's car park in Llanishen in Cardiff North. The professional and friendly advice from "Shane" was extremely helpful and very clearly communicated. I believe the gentleman is also known by his nickname as "Captain Cod," I would highly recommend this person and his business. Thank you.”

“I have used timpsons in Piccadilly London in many occasions and I have never been disappointed with the service I receive The guys who work there are friendly always smiling when I walk in and more importantly very helpful and professional I just had a watch battery and a set of keys cut and although I had a issue with the keys the guys in store quickly remedied the problem with a new set with no hesitation and couldn’t apologise enough for the inconvenience it had caused me I wouldn’t go anywhere else to be honest fabulous service and customer liaisons every day no matter what time it is Also James who works in this store really is a top man and a asset to timpsons Expert on watch straps and batteries and a gets the job done quickly with no problem even when I’m in a rush he always goes above and beyond to deliver his fantastic service to us the public So a massive thank you to him Morris Cole”

“My Dad passed away on 3rd December 2019. I went into Timpson, Cannon Park, Coventry and was served by Austin. I chose a gold plated plaque for the base of a framed photo of my Dad (to sit on top of his coffin). I chose 4 lines of engraving and to my complete surprise Austin said he wouldn’t charge me for the plaque nor engraving. After such a traumatic month I found this very moving and it rendered me speechless. The plaque was ready within 15 minutes and looks perfect on the frame. What a kind gesture.”

“I took in an expensive pair of Remonte boots worn once but a big scuff on the front toe. West kirby manager asked me to leave it with him. 1 hour later i picked them up and totally fixed.”

“I needed my heels repaired and regretfully I had worn them down more than I should. I went to Timpson, Mary Street, Cardiff and spoke to Eddie. He assured me he could fix them. When I picked them up they looked like new. I am so pleased with the results and his friendly manner and helpful service I wanted to write to show my appreciation.”

“Anas was so friendly and helpful..... the prices were very reasonable.....I was expecting them to be much more......I went into morrisons to do my shopping and when I got back the keys were ready....my son came in with me to collect and Anas remembered him from when he had been to have his watch fixed a few weeks earlier...and asked him if his watch was still ok.....lovely friendly service...”
