“There was a discount advertised on the site however when I added the items to my cart the discount was not applied. I had to contact the help desk which was easy via the online chat function, however was inconvenient. The issue was resolved the following day when I went back on the site. Glad I noticed and didn't pay 15% more then I had to. But concerns me some people me have been caught out unaware. I do understand however glitches happen at times this I would still rate the overall experience good! With fast delivery times.”

“The service is great but the product quality of the bag and lunch bags is terrible I have bought a few back packs and lunch bags with the zip and also received some from friends and every bag the zipper has broken. I think for the price if the products you would expect better quality and heavy duty zipper. Being childrens products.”
