“I haven't received my labels yet. And the tracking isn't updated. My labels were supposed to be delivered on the 22nd of October. On the tracking it doesn't even show my address it is just the city state and zip code”

“They could improve by sticking to their shipping times. I paid $5 to get my order in time for my sons first day of daycare but the was not case. Also improve how you provide tracking. Don't make customer open 3-4 pages before they get to a tracking label.”

“Shipping was very slow (approximately 3 week). I contacted customer service, and while prompt and polite, did not provide any explanation for why the shipping should take this long. I would not buy from them again.”

“Placed my order on 10/1 for 2 sets of labels with a delivery promise by 10/16. Received a dispatch notification on 10/5 but it only shows as a shipping label being created. Here it is on 10/22 and no labels or updated tracking. I'm very disappointed as these were a gift for kids starting daycare TODAY. Horrible customer service.”

“The iron on products I ordered didn't adhese to clothing at all and when I emailed to complain I was told I couldn't get a refund because my order was personalized. I was shipped a replacement but still haven't received it almost a week later.”

“I love the stickers I ordered for my son's bottles. They hold up through the dishwasher and bottle sanitizer. It was very easy to review and order. I wish there was more info/details regarding the status of my purchase. I had no idea when it would arrive or where it was. Other than that, extremely satisfied!”

“The website is very slow to load, so flipping between different color/style options took a while. Then, while my product did make it in time for my son's birthday, it did not make it in 8 business days even though I paid for rush delivery. Customer service (Ionela) was responsive to my concerns which I appreciated.”

“I love TinyMe products. They are high quality and still affordable. Their website is easy to use and their selection of products are easy to personalize online so you know what you are ordering. My only feedback is that they do not offer free shipping. It's an added cost that I feel should not be passed onto the customer.”
