“I'm not sure about the products yet because I still haven't gotten them after the initial order must have been lost in the mail but the customer service is great as they have resubmitted my order so that I will get the labels at some point.”

“I was finally happy to receive my order today. I originally placed an order in November to give as gifts for Christmas. The shipment tracked to Indiana then I never received it. Contacted you and you sent out another order in the first days of January. Same thing happened. Got to Indiana, then nothing. But finally it arrived over a week late!”

“I would give you zero stars if it was an option. I placed an order months ago to label my kids outerwear. I still have yet to receive anything. I contacted customer service and they offered to resend the order. I waited and still nothing. I contacted customer service and they said they should have been delivered but maybe they got held up in the mail and to just give it a while longer. You need to add tracking to your orders because this is ridiculous.”
