“My initial order of two implement tires was lost during shipment then turned up at a Walmart over an hour from my home. Fed Ex could not seem to get the tires to me. I could not wait for the totes any longer so I drove and picked up the tires. Even though it was not tires shipped2you fault they still made it right for my time and travel. That's the kind of customer service that is missing all to often these days! Thanks, Curts”

“I ordered (4) 215 50R 17 tires.... I received (4) 215 50ZR 17 tires -- not what I ordered! I emailed tireshopped2you and they replied: The "Z" before the "R" doesn't actually make any difference in the tire size. The "Z" has to do with the speed rating of the tire. Anything rated for 149MPH or higher has the "Z" before the "R" in the tire size. I ordered these tires for an EV -- Not going over 149MPH or higher!! Also Beside paid was 15.00 more PER TIRE than the ones I received. If I wanted 50ZR tires I would have ordered them. Not happy with the customer service.”
