“Tires took longer to arrive than quoted. Based on price and pictures these tires should’ve included wheels. Comparable tires alone were available at other vendors for almost half the price (tractor supply had Kenda tire for $21 and northern tool had flat free with wheel for $60) I paid $40 expecting a tire with wheel. Once inflated the tire profile is incredibly round and almost will not clear the mounting bracket on my mower. All pictures should be corrected to show tire only. The pictures included on the website are intentionally misleading, showing wheels with all tires. I was excited to find A reputable online vendor to ship tires. Unfortunately this is not that vendor. Steer clear.”

“Received my tires yesterday. Shipping took longer than initially stated but that's not surprising these days and not the reason for the two stars. The reason for the two stars is the tires I received are almost a year old. I'm dealing with a warranty issue on one of the tires currently on the car and the manufacturer is telling me they're out of warranty. I bought those tires (not from Tires Shipped2 You) a little over 4 years ago but the date on the tire shows it's past 5 years old. The documentation I have from the original purchase says the warranty ends at the 5-year mark so they say there's no warranty. And they're telling me it doesn't matter when they were purchased - they go by the manufacture date on the tire. I don't want to install new tires on my car that are already one year old. It shortens my warranty and in the situation I'm currently dealing with, I'm going to have to pay for a new tire that otherwise should have been covered by the original warranty. The failed tire still had 73% of the original tread. Can these be exchanged with tires that truly are new?”

Good Morning, That situation would not apply to the Cooper Tires you bought, they base the warranty off the purchase date. They would only use the DOT date if you did not have paperwork showing your purchase. We are reaching out directly with the warranty information from Cooper. Unfortunately with the supply chain issues especially from products made outside the US it is taking longer for us to receive the product. Where it used to take 60-90 days it now can take about 6 months. So when the tires arrive at our warehouse they are already 6-7 months old.
