My daughter bought a Cannondale gravel bike. Because she is not an experienced cyclist she did not realise how poorly the pre delivery inspection was undertaken. First time out the chain fell off causing damage to the bike paint work. The chain kept coming off so we took the bike to a local bike shop how said the bike hadn’t been set up properly. We went back to the store and told them about it. They said the tech who set it up was no longer working for them anymore. No offer to review the bike. I would not recommended buying a bike from them and I would not buy another bike from them.

Awful experience. Ordered an Arcteryx Jacket as a gift only to be told a few weeks later by the recipient, that it was leaking. Initially, the returns process seemed quite simple. Ewan, from Tiso was very helpful and I returned the Arcteryx Jacket as requested. It's been received (royal mail signed for) yet no correspondence to tell me this. I have received no refund and despite numerous emails and messages, still no correspondence from Tiso, not even an acknowledgement of my return or my emails. This is an expensive bit of kit. So far, I'm £400 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. To say I'm frustrated and disappointed, is an understatement! There's a list of questions on this review, one of them, how long did your refund take? My answer....I'm still waiting!

Disappointed. Purchased a Tiso branded Vango Munro 25 daysack last year. It isn't heavily used/not overly loaded. In less than a year the stitching on the zip on the top picket has failed and the zip has come away/un-usable. I was in the shop in Dec to buy something else (£200 spend) and just highlighted this issue/showed them the item. All I got was 'you'd have to leave it with us, we'd send it away for someone to look and then let us know what they think but probably just counts as wear and tear so nothing we can do, we wouldn't replace as likely constitutes wear and tear'. Really - you expect your products to last less than a year???

I placed an online order for the first time ,and after 5 days still no dispatching email.I contacted customer service and they didn't answer at my question. The service is useless.I am suspecting that this company charged me for a tent that is not even stock .First and last time I purchase at Tiso.
