I purchased a scratch and dent frame for pallet forks for my John Deere 1025R. It arrived with a few scratches from shipping which I am guessing would have happed even it if wasn’t a scratch and dent item. The issue is the pin placement for the 1025R is to high by approximately and 1/8”. I will have to make modifications to the pins to make it fit my loader mount.

Pallet forks arrived earlier than expected which was great. But when they wouldn't fit because they were made improperly so that it wouldn't attach to the skid steer attachment, not great. A buyer should never have to pound metal on a new product to get it to fit. Bad titan bad. No no no.....

Wrong product was sent out at first. Delivery of correct item was not prepared for the drop off situation. Had to do a work around, taking my forklift out to the road to meet the truck and unload. (Driver was friendly). First (wrong item) was delivered perfectly, but had to be returned. Communication to resolve issues was good, but a little confusing with the different carriers...(Saia delivering and Fed Ex picking up). The land plane/leveler is well built and does the expected job. I love the speedy delivery (when it's the product I ordered).

Lost the plate to my bale spear. You then tried to blame me for not buying shipping insurance. Free shipping don’t even remember it being offered. However with all that I finally received my back plate. Works like it should so far. The test will be the summer when we are putting up big square bales

The hay spears were rusted and had to work on the threads for about an hour to get the nuts off and then back on

Salesman was reluctant to give me information. Very vague on delivery. Attachment showed up hydraulic hoses were not attached or very loose Grease Certs were loose and one would not work.

Would have been much better if the rude lady I dealt with back in December would have just given me this deal then !!! She was rude and almost wasn’t going to order but I ended up getting exactly what I told her would have been the fair thing for me then !! Check my order and you will see she could have just kept me happy because I ended up with the VERY thing I told her but she only wanted the easy way out so she refunded my money !! Probably no one will ever read this or look into any of this but I was right !! lol

Outstanding customer service. The USA made stump bucket would not fit my Kioti loader and needed to be returned. The Titan team were very responsive and helpful to make that happen. My rating is low because of the misfit and the poor service provided by the shippers: SAIA (to me) and FEDEX (in the return). Both companies could not provide a truck that could reach my house. I had to load and meet them.

The wire puller implement has surface rust all over it and bare paint spots. It is from India and shipped in cardboard enclosed in plastic. Box was moldy and humid wet dripping water inside the box. Staple holding box were also rusty. Terrible shipping

I am pretty disappointed with customer service from my last purchase. Within a day of buying a stump bucket ( still hadn’t received it)I received an email for exact same item but $150 dollars off what I paid. I called customer service (Esther) and requested I receive same price as email I just received . I was eventually credited $75.00 . I believe I should have received the sale price that was emailed to me. This experience will definitely make me seriously think about looking elsewhere for my future implement purchases.

Price was good, seems heavy duty enough. Main spear was still loose when I ran the nut all the way down. Had to add washers to get it tight, and the stabilizer spikes wouldn’t go in far enough for the keeper bolts to go in their notch with the unit on the tractor. I was able to modify it to work, just frustrating to have to modify a new piece of equipment.

I am a repeat customer, I placed an order 2 weeks ago, they stated item was in stock and would be getting email with tracking number. Week went by no tracking email. I called and they said it was on hold because there was an issue with my address because it listed P.O. Box then physical address. I mentioned u mailed before and I should be in the system plus u have my phone number. So I waited why. Not so happy with delivery, product seems ok time will tell with more usage

I received my otder of the standard pallet forks quick attachment; and it's perfect for my needs. I have been saving pallets and now I can stage material on them and move them m when I want. Extra fast shipping for a large item. 3 stars because I ordered a replacement part for another item I bought from Titan, the 72" debris forks. Customer service took my order but I have not received a confirmation email nor the part. This has been over two weeks. It is the clamp assembly. I did not claim warranty because I am pretty sure it was something I did, so I paid for it through customer service.

Poor packaging leading to product damage in shipping. I just ordered a ballast box and a quick hitch and both arrived damaged and Titan won't answer my email regarding same. Disappointed

Although the hydraulic hose hanger I ordered for my grapple has a “spring” base, it’s definitely NOT made of spring steel. The first time (and anytime now) the hoses put pressure on the hanger, it bent over and stayed that way. I now have to physically straighten it. That’s not what I was expecting from Titan.

I ordered a pipelayer attachment. Shipping was fast and easy but the new attachment cam in with a bunch of rust on it (happy to provide pictures). It's made to go in the ground behind a subsoiler so I wasn't too worried about the rust but I certainly don't expect a new item to be rusty when it arrives.

I ordered a 650 poly card which was delivered in good condition. Upon initial inspection it appears that it is well designed and will built. However, there were no instructions for assembly in the box. I had to contact titan directly and then try to locate it on site where I could print it off. Another option was to read the instructions on my phone. Neither of which were very convenient. Unfortunately, the instructions were poorly written, difficult to follow and lacked proper illustrations or identification of parts. Titan should review their own instruction manuals and attempt to assemble their own products to better understand what a customer has to go through. I think they can do better.
