Well my pallet forks were delivered a month late. When I did receive shipment, it looked like shipper dragged my new forks from where he picked up shipment. Then had to repaint the pallet cage. And to top it off, you sent me 42 inch forks instead of 48 inch forks. Thanks

Item came damaged.....paint was scratch off in many areas. PAcking was not thick enough. Not provding touch up paint....

The items I ordered did not fit as advertised. Customer support said to fix it yourself and then we will send you some sort of compensation for your time and costs. I have purchased items in the past and was very pleased - this time extremely disappointed!!

Everything was good other than shipping the cardboard was torn and 1/4 steel was dented from a fork truck.

My order arrived without all of the listed components. It was missing a carabiner. In order to be made whole, I have to buy the part from Menards myself. Send a receipt to Titan which is only for the rebate amount. So now I have more clerical work, filing to reimbursement of the rebate amount and waiting 8 weeks for it to show up. Titan should have just sent me the part. Very frustrating. Luckily I only ordered an $50 part. I will never buy one of their larger attachments for my machines in light of how difficulty they made this process over such a simple part.

The flail mower came missing a zerk fitting, the threaded hole for the fitting was damaged, requiring it to be tapped to accept a zerk fitting. This should have been caught and addressed at the factory

The lack of packaging and protection for the draw bar caused it to arrive with what appeared to years of use. The Powder-Coated Black paint was chipped and pealed due to improper packaging. The bar had dents in the metal. I paid for a new draw bar not a draw bar that appeared to be used. The only saving grace was I was able to return the product. The customer service representative wanted to blame the shipper but it was all on the manufacturer shipping department. Poor quality control with the shipping department.

The steel bracket was bent and won’t allow me to place the pin in the hitch. I insured this order when I placed it and they are telling me to contact you. I have no idea what’s going on and I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks to have the issue resolved

I specifically stated I have a Kubota L3901 and that I needed the stump puller to be configured for the same. I called and was told that the attachment would arrive ready to use after unpacking. Of course, it did not come with the correct hydraulic couplings and now I am in the process of trying to find the ones that can replace the ones that do not work. The attachment, however, looks sturdy and as though it will perform.

Advertised as fitting my tractor but it doesn't. Their support was no help. Had to buy an adapter from another company since Titan could help me.

The attachment is what I expected and works fine. Your customer support needs work. When I asked about a measurement in inches I received centimeters. I had said this request in plain English. Don’t understand where the confusion came from.

I ordered a drum spike aerator. It came with absolutely NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER! If you are not mechanically inclined and do not have the patience to assemble and then dis-assemble multiple parts until you figure out the right configuration on how each part fits, you will have a very hard time getting this product assembled. The initial packaging comes hard wired to a welded box frame and the whole assembly is extremely heavy. Two people are suggested for unloading from truck to assembly point. The parts seem to be made of heavy duty steel. Assembly instructions would go a long way in making it a much better experience.

Shipping, Delivery was fine. When I put the unit together I found the holes to set the angle of the rake don't line up so the pin does not fit through the hole. Any suggestions?

Adapter was not a direct fit and had to be modified to fit attachments. Holes didn’t line up etc.
