The product seemed okay but it didn’t fit on my piece of equipment. They want me to pay shipping back which I would accept but then they want a 20% restocking charge. What a stupid thing to do. I was going to buy a couple thousand dollar grapple for my skid steer so they saved $10 or $12 dollars and lost a couple thousand. So beware if something won’t work for you. I’ll certainly never buy anything from them a, I’m just glad it was a small item.

Hello everyone, My suggestion to anyone looking at a creditable company avoid this one. I had purchased a set of teeth for frontend loader on tractor. They sent these to me and didn't open for 4 months and once opened no pins were in box. I reached out to have these sent vis USPS for lower cost. They refused to sent saying out of warranty. I would be embarrassed to send an e-mail telling someone that. I will go out of my way to ensure no other person gets this treatment via post on channels. I just reported to better business bureau in Georgia who will note this company's standards.

Paid over 300.00 dollars for this mower , no way to make it float behind tractor, and does not do a clean cut on broom straw , very disappointing, I paid a lot and still have to go over it twice

I bought a Stump Bucket for a J.D. tractor, hook and pin. The pins did not align with the holes on the tractor, so I have a choice of paying shipping to return it or hiring a welder to move the pin. I won't buy anything from here again.

I canceled this order, but they shipped it anyway. I'm not sure how much of my money I can recover selling it due to the shipping damage and scratches.

Titan is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever experienced from a company. They destroyed my front porch with a delivery and have made no attempt to fix or address my problem. Once they got their money you are not going to get any assistance. They told me I was responsible and that I would have to figure out how to contact a delivery company that I don’t even know who they used. Be very careful when you order anything thing from Titan and know that you will get No service once they have your payment. Very disappointing customer service.

Customer service on this is horrible. You have to submit online and they try to wiggle out of everything. I submitted a claim 9 days ago and I still don't have a clear answer. I had to go buy a different pallet system to continue to run my business.

My order arrived with parts that did not fit together. Manufacturing defect. After two weeks of back and forth emails, still no resolution or replacement parts. I will probably need to send the rake back for a refund.

I ordered the wrong size I was not aware that the Bobcat MT1000 was not a Mini skid steer. Apparently it’s its own size and Titan doesn’t offer it. I tried to return it. They said it would be a 20% restock fee. I found a different company that took it in on trade and sold me the correct size.

This was the second shipment of a PTO tine set of 12. It was also the second time only 1 tine was sent! Now they are out of stock again!!! Titan has had our $200 for 3 months and we only have 2 tines! We are waiting for them to be restocked to hopefully get the remaining 10 tines. Never ordering from them again!!

Only shipped half the order charged the full amount shipped the second half over 8 weeks later! When order was placed was told it was in stock and good to go.

The attachment will not go on my machine the angle plate on top in too long so it bottoms out before it can go under the bottom to locking pins

Product came in with zero packaging and had chipped paint on nearly every corner. The resolution I was offered was a refund of $18.99. After pushing and prodding and lots of back and forth I was offered $30, and then finally settled on $40. I felt $40 was innappropriate but felt like I was left no other reasonable option. Zero packaging followed up by terrible customer service. At least take some ownership for the lack of packaging and improve for the future.
